【摘要】：常量礦物質鈣是動物體內必需常量元素,它主要參與體內凝血過程、控制新陳代謝和細胞分裂等,動物鈣攝入不足會導致軟骨癥、骨質疏松和癱瘓等,而攝入過量則會引起厭食。目前,飼料中鈣測定方法眾多,包括高錳酸鉀氧化還原滴定法、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉絡合滴定法和原子吸收火焰分光光度法等,每種方法各有其適用范圍及其優(yōu)劣。對飼料中鈣含量的測定方法進行了綜述。
[Abstract]:The constant mineral calcium is an essential constant element in the body of animals. It mainly participates in the coagulation process in vivo, controls metabolism and cell division, etc. Insufficient calcium intake in animals can lead to cartilage disease, osteoporosis and paralysis, etc. Excessive intake can lead to anorexia. At present, there are many methods for the determination of calcium in feed, including potassium permanganate redox titration, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium complex titration and atomic absorption flame spectrophotometry. The methods for determination of calcium in feed were reviewed.
