【摘要】：為了驗證抗脂肪細胞膜蛋白抗體減少動物脂肪沉積的作用效果,并對該抗體用于人類肥胖的治療提供理論依據(jù)和試驗資料,本試驗分別對4組試驗性肥胖大鼠注射0、0.1、0.5、1.0mg/mL劑量的抗脂肪細胞膜蛋白抗體,并檢測4周內(nèi)大鼠血清中5種激素含量及變化。結(jié)果顯示,試驗組血清中胰島素(INS)含量低于對照組,Ⅰ組與Ⅳ組4周內(nèi)均差異顯著(P0.05);試驗組與對照組、胰島素樣生長因子1(IGF-1)含量無顯著差異(P0.05);注射抗體后,試驗組生長激素(GH)含量顯著增高,且Ⅰ、Ⅲ組4周內(nèi)均差異顯著(P0.05);第1周內(nèi),試驗組三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T3)含量與對照組無顯著差異(P0.05),后3周內(nèi)Ⅰ組和Ⅳ組差異顯著(P0.05);第1、3、4周內(nèi),Ⅰ組和Ⅳ組四碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T4)含量差異顯著(P0.05),第2周內(nèi)無顯著差異,Ⅱ組和Ⅲ組差異均不顯著(P0.05)。此外,不同組間的差異顯著性隨注射劑量不同而不同。
