夏季肉牛舍濕簾風(fēng)機(jī)縱向通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境CFD模擬

【摘要】:為了研究濕簾風(fēng)機(jī)縱向通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于肉牛舍的夏季降溫效果,該試驗在現(xiàn)場環(huán)境指標(biāo)實測的基礎(chǔ)上,采用計算流體力學(xué)(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)的方法對濕簾風(fēng)機(jī)縱向通風(fēng)肉牛舍的氣流場與溫度場進(jìn)行模擬,并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化。模擬時將牛只按與實物原型等比例引入到模型中,結(jié)果表明:舍內(nèi)溫度分布均勻,但受牛體擋風(fēng)的影響,氣流分布不均,高風(fēng)速區(qū)主要集中在屋頂及飼喂走道,可達(dá)0.9~1.2 m/s;;顒訁^(qū)域風(fēng)速較小,均小于0.6 m/s,不能滿足飼養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在75個風(fēng)速測定點剔除異常值后,氣流場的相對誤差范圍為0.16%~94.41%,平均相對誤差為34.53%,45個溫度測點的相對誤差范圍為0.09%~10.74%,平均相對誤差4.71%。通過溫度場吻合性結(jié)果確定模擬與實測有較好的吻合度。在不改變牛舍圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)及舍內(nèi)構(gòu)造的前提下,對牛舍進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,舍內(nèi)安裝導(dǎo)流板,使得溫度與氣流場的分布均勻性顯著提高,降溫效果更為顯著。該研究可為濕簾風(fēng)機(jī)牛舍的優(yōu)化設(shè)計和環(huán)境調(diào)控提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the cooling effect of vertical ventilation system of wet curtain fan applied to beef shed in summer, the test was based on the field measurement of environmental indexes. The air flow field and temperature field of the longitudinal ventilated beef shed of wet curtain fan were simulated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, and the system was improved and optimized. The results show that the temperature distribution in the house is uniform, but due to the influence of the windshield, the air flow distribution is uneven, and the high wind speed area is mainly concentrated on the roof and feed walkway. The wind speed in the active area of cattle was smaller than 0.6 m / s, which could not meet the standard of feeding. After eliminating abnormal values at 75 wind speed measuring points, the relative error range of airflow field is 0.16 ~ 94.41, the average relative error is 34.53, the relative error range of 45 temperature measuring points is 0.09 and 10.74, and the average relative error is 4.71. Through the results of temperature field coincidence, it is determined that the simulation has a good agreement with the actual measurement. On the premise of not changing the enclosure structure and the inner structure of the cowshed, the sheds are optimized and the flow guide plate is installed in the sheds, so that the distribution uniformity of temperature and airflow field is improved significantly, and the effect of cooling is more remarkable. This study can be used as a reference for the optimization design and environmental control of wet curtain fan cowshed.
