不同原料配比對混合后物料物理特性的影響

【摘要】:為探究乳仔豬料配方中大宗原料的不同配比對混合后物料物理特性的影響,明確不同原料配比的配方在調(diào)質(zhì)、膨化等過程中的基本物理特性,為飼料企業(yè)配方設(shè)計及生產(chǎn)提供理論支持。文章在查閱大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,以乳仔豬料配方中的膨化玉米、豆粕、DDGS、乳清粉四種原料為研究對象,分別設(shè)置不同的質(zhì)量分數(shù)水平,其中玉米設(shè)6個水平、豆粕、DDGS、乳清粉分別設(shè)5個水平,共21個配方,以研究不同原料配比的配方對混合后物料熱導率、比熱、摩擦系數(shù)和休止角的影響。結(jié)果表明,飼料配方中原料質(zhì)量分數(shù)的變化對混合后物料的物理特性影響比較顯著。隨著配方中膨化玉米、豆粕、DDGS、乳清粉(35℃以上時)質(zhì)量分數(shù)的變化,混合后物料比熱均沒有顯著的差異,而熱導率差異顯著,所以相同的調(diào)質(zhì)時間內(nèi)配方中由于原料的組成不同所達到的調(diào)質(zhì)效果會不同。膨化玉米質(zhì)量分數(shù)增加會顯著增大混合后物料的滑動摩擦系數(shù)并減小熱導率。對于需要低溫制粒以保護配方中熱敏物質(zhì)的配方可適當增加膨化玉米的添加量,以減緩調(diào)質(zhì)過程中熱量的傳遞。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of different proportions of bulk raw materials in the formula of piglets on the physical properties of raw materials after mixing, the basic physical properties of the formulations with different proportions of raw materials in the process of tempering and puffing were clarified. To provide theoretical support for formula design and production of feed enterprises. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, four kinds of raw materials such as expanded corn, soybean meal DDGSand whey powder in the formula of piglets were studied, and different mass fraction levels were set up, among which 6 levels were set up for corn. Soybean meal DDGS and whey powder were divided into 5 levels and 21 formulations were used to study the effects of different ratios of raw materials on the thermal conductivity, specific heat, friction coefficient and angle of repose. The results showed that the physical properties of the mixed materials were significantly affected by the change of the raw material mass fraction in the feed formulation.
