【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在探討不同時(shí)期蛋雞回腸內(nèi)鋅(Zn)、鐵(Fe)、鎂(Mg)、鈣(Ca)、錳(Mn)、磷(P)和鉀(K)的變化特點(diǎn)。試驗(yàn)選取不同時(shí)期蛋雞(青春期-15周齡、產(chǎn)蛋高峰期-30周齡和高峰后期-45周齡)的回腸組織,借助ICP檢測(cè)其中Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca、Mn、P和K的含量,利用軟件SPSS22進(jìn)行多重比較和相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果表明:15周齡和30周齡蛋雞回腸內(nèi)K元素極顯著高于45周齡(P0.01);30周齡時(shí)P、Zn和Mn的含量最高,顯著高于其他2個(gè)時(shí)期(P0.05);45周齡時(shí),Mg和Fe的含量最高,顯著高于15周齡和30周齡(P0.05);相關(guān)性分析發(fā)現(xiàn),蛋雞回腸中Mn、P、Zn之間均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),P與K呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),且二者均與Mg呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),此外K與Fe元素也呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),Mg與Fe呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。因此,不同時(shí)期蛋雞回腸各種元素的量不同,可據(jù)此調(diào)整飼糧中必需元素的添加量。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the change characteristics of Zn ~ (2 +), Fe ~ (2 +), mg ~ (2 +), Ca ~ (2 +), Ca ~ (2 +), mn ~ (2 +), P _ ((P)) and K _ (K) in ileum of laying hens at different stages. The ileum tissues of laying hens in different periods (puberty to 15 weeks old, peak egg laying period to 30 weeks old and peak period to 45 weeks old) were selected, and the contents of ICP were detected by ICP, and the multiple comparisons and correlation analysis were carried out by software SPSS22. The results showed that the contents of K in ileum of 15 and 30 week old layers were significantly higher than those of 45 weeks old and 45 weeks old. The contents of Zn and mn in the ileum of 15 and 30 week old layers were the highest, and the contents of mg and Fe were the highest at 45 weeks of age. The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between P0.05mg and K in the ileum of laying hens, and there was a negative correlation between P0.05P and K, and a negative correlation between P0.05mg and Fe, and a positive correlation between P0.05mg and Fe in the ileum of laying hens. Therefore, the amount of various elements in the ileum of laying hens varied in different periods, and the amount of essential elements in diet could be adjusted accordingly.
