紅曲霉素中藥合生元對京紅雞生長性能及免疫功能的影響

【摘要】:本課題的目的是研究紅曲霉素中藥合生元對京紅雞的生長性能、血液常規(guī)指標以及免疫器官指數(shù)的影響。從而達到開發(fā)無污染、無殘留、安全可靠的綠色飼料添加劑來代替抗生素,提高畜禽的免疫力,降低其飼料成本,提高畜禽產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量的目的。本實驗選用90只1日齡的京紅雞投入試驗。隨機分為3組,2個試驗組(高劑量組1%和低劑量組0.5%,)和1個空白組。分別在雛雞飼料中添加紅曲霉素中藥合生元添加劑0.5%(組1)、1%(組2),將添加劑混在基礎(chǔ)飼料中連續(xù)給藥30d�?瞻捉M飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼料(其中不添加任何添加劑)。在試驗期內(nèi)測定了京紅雞的生產(chǎn)性能指標,30d喂養(yǎng)試驗后測定了京紅雞的血液常規(guī)指標,免疫器官指數(shù)的指標以及對免疫器官進行組織切片觀察對比的試驗。試驗結(jié)果如下:1、在測定的京紅雞生長性能指標當中,針對京紅雞的采食量和日增重量以及飼料的利用率測定結(jié)果顯示,京紅雞在受試30 d后,試驗1組和試驗2組與空白組之間增重、采食量及飼料利用率差異稍顯著(P0.05)。其中,試驗1組較空白組的飼料利用率提高了17.02%,試驗2組較空白組的飼料利用率提高了16.29%。但試驗1組與試驗2組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。2、在測定的京紅雞血液常規(guī)指標當中,京紅雞在受試30d后,試驗1組和試驗2組與空白組之間的各項指標差異稍顯著(P0.05)。其中,試驗1組比空白組淋巴細胞的含量比提高了17.63%,試驗2組比空白組淋巴細胞的含量比提高了16.72%。但試驗1組與試驗2組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。3、通過對空白組以及試驗1、2組的雞進行剖檢觀察得到試驗1組與試驗2組較空白組的脾臟有明顯的增大變化。同時試驗2組在肝臟稱重時可見大部分肝臟有腫大現(xiàn)象。4、在測定的京紅雞免疫器官的臟器系數(shù)指標當中,在給予京紅雞受試物30d后,試驗1組和試驗2組之間臟器系數(shù)差異不顯著(P0.05),但兩者與空白組之間差異稍顯著(P0.05)。5、通過對京紅雞免疫器官的組織切片對比試驗觀察中得出,分別選用高低倍鏡在微細結(jié)構(gòu)中觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)脾臟、肝臟沒有明顯不同變化,但胸腺當中發(fā)現(xiàn)試驗1組和試驗2組小淋巴細胞的密集程度較空白組之間較多。法氏囊中發(fā)現(xiàn)實驗1組與試驗2組的法氏囊皺襞相比空白組的要明顯的增大、增厚,并且在法氏囊的髓質(zhì)部分出現(xiàn)染色較淡的未分化的上皮樣細胞和空泡樣物,其中試驗1組空泡樣物數(shù)量不明顯,試驗2組稍明顯,正常組十分明顯。目前,國內(nèi)外單獨性地將紅曲霉素或中藥合生元作為飼料添加劑的研究較多,但將二者合用添加的研究甚少。因此本試驗開展了紅曲霉素中藥合生元對京紅雞生理、生化指標及免疫器官影響的研究,以期促進畜牧業(yè)以及飼料業(yè)的綠色健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of erythromycin on growth performance, blood routine index and immune organ index of Jinghong chicken. So as to develop a green feed additive without pollution, residue, safety and reliability to replace antibiotics, improve the immunity of livestock and poultry, reduce its feed cost, and improve the quality of livestock and poultry products. A total of 90 1-day-old Jinghong chickens were used in the experiment. They were randomly divided into 3 groups, 2 experimental groups (1% in high dose group and 0. 5% in low dose group) and 1 blank group. The feed of chicks was fed with erythromycin combined with traditional Chinese medicine additive 0.5 (group 1) (group 1) (group 2), and the additive was mixed in the basic feed for 30 days. The blank group was fed with basic feed (no additive was added). The production performance index of Jinghong chicken was measured during the trial period. After 30 days of feeding test, the routine blood index, immune organ index and tissue section of immune organs were measured and compared. The results were as follows: 1. Among the growth performance indexes of Jinghong chicken, the results of feed intake, daily gain and feed utilization ratio showed that Jinghong chicken was tested 30 days later. There were significant differences in weight gain, feed intake and feed utilization efficiency between test group 1 and group 2 and blank group (P 0.05). Among them, the feed utilization rate of group 1 was 17.02 higher than that of blank group, and that of group 2 was 16.29% higher than that of blank group. However, there was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2 (P 0.05). Among the blood routine indexes of Jinghong chicken, the difference between test group 1 and group 2 and blank group was slightly significant (P 0.05) after 30 days of test. The lymphocyte content ratio in group 1 was 17.63 higher than that in control group, and that in group 2 was 16.72% higher than that in blank group. However, there was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2 (P 0.05). The spleen of group 1 and group 2 were obviously enlarged by the observation of the chickens in blank group and test group 1 and 2, compared with the blank group, the spleen of group 1 and group 2 were significantly larger than that of the control group (P < 0.05), but the difference between group 1 and group 2 was not significant (P 0.05). At the same time, most of the liver in group 2 showed swelling at the time of liver weighing. Among the visceral coefficients of the immune organs of Jinghong chicken, 30 days after the treatment of Jinghong chicken, There was no significant difference in visceral coefficient between group 1 and group 2, but there was a little significant difference between the two groups and the blank group. The spleen and liver were observed with high and low power microscope respectively, but the density of small lymphocytes in group 1 and group 2 was more than that in control group. It was found in the bursa of Fabricius that the folds of the bursa of the first group were significantly larger and thicker than those of the control group, and the undifferentiated epithelioid cells and vacuoles were found in the medulla of the bursa of Fabricius. The number of vacuoles in group 1 was not obvious, that in group 2 was slightly obvious, and that in normal group was very obvious. At present, there are many researches on Monascus mycin or Chinese medicine synbiotics as feed additives at home and abroad, but few studies have been done on the combination of them. In order to promote the green and healthy development of animal husbandry and feed industry, the study was carried out on the physiological, biochemical indexes and immune organs of Jinghong chicken.
