【摘要】：抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)又稱宿主防御肽,是生物界中廣泛存在的一類生物活性肽,它是機(jī)體先天性免疫系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,一般由20~60個(gè)氨基酸殘基組成,結(jié)構(gòu)多樣,具有抗細(xì)菌、真菌、病毒等多種生物學(xué)功能。文章通過抗菌肽的來源、結(jié)構(gòu)與功能對(duì)其進(jìn)行分類,依照抗菌肽對(duì)細(xì)胞膜的作用和抗菌肽在膜內(nèi)的作用這兩方面,對(duì)抗菌肽的作用機(jī)理及研究方法加以闡述,同時(shí)列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)可使用的抗菌肽數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),依據(jù)2015年國(guó)內(nèi)外抗菌肽在動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)上的研究,介紹了一些可以提高動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)性能的抗菌肽。
[Abstract]:Antimicrobial peptide (AMPs), also known as host defense peptide, is a kind of biological active peptide widely existing in biological world. It is an important part of the innate immune system of organism. It is generally composed of 20 ~ 60 amino acid residues, and has a variety of structures, and has anti-bacteria and fungi.Viruses and other biological functions.In this paper, the origin, structure and function of antimicrobial peptides were classified. According to the action of antibacterial peptides on cell membrane and the action of antimicrobial peptides in membrane, the mechanism and research methods of antimicrobial peptides were expounded.At the same time, the database of antimicrobial peptides that can be used in China is listed. According to the research on animal production of antimicrobial peptides at home and abroad in 2015, some antimicrobial peptides that can improve the performance of animal production are introduced.
