富鋅益生菌對蛋雞抗氧化機能及抗病能力的影響

【摘要】:為研究有益菌轉化無機鋅制備的富鋅益生菌在蛋雞生產(chǎn)中的應用效果,選取120只19周齡海蘭褐蛋雞,分為對照組和3個試驗組,對照組飼喂基礎日糧,試驗組分別在基礎日糧中添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的富鋅益生菌,試驗期55 d,試驗結束時分離血清,測定血清中總超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性、總抗氧化能力(T-AOC活性)、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量;選取500只1日齡健康海蘭褐雛雞,分為空白對照組(飼喂基礎日糧)、3個富鋅益生菌組(分別在基礎日糧中添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的富鋅益生菌)、抗生素對照組(在基礎日糧中添加0.15%的金霉素)、攻毒對照組,除空白對照組外,其他組均分別下設大腸桿菌攻毒組、雞白痢沙門氏菌攻毒組、雞葡萄球菌攻毒組,試驗期49 d,研究富鋅益生菌對大腸桿菌、雞白痢沙門氏菌、雞葡萄球菌的抗感染能力。結果表明,與對照組相比,0.15%、0.20%富鋅益生菌組TSOD活性分別顯著提高了10.16%、13.01%,MDA含量分別顯著降低了17.99%、30.67%;0.10%、0.15%、0.20%富鋅益生菌組T-AOC活性分別顯著提高14.54%、22.85%、27.01%,GSH-Px活性提高,但差異均不顯著。攻毒試驗結果表明,0.10%、0.15%、0.20%富鋅益生菌組大腸桿菌發(fā)病率分別降低了20.00%、46.67%、53.33%,死亡率分別降低了30.44%、65.21%、73.91%;雞白痢沙門氏菌發(fā)病率分別降低了32.14%、42.86%、53.57%,死亡率分別降低了31.58%、52.63%、73.68%;雞葡萄球菌發(fā)病率分別降低了36.00%、48.00%、55.99%,死亡率分別降低了55.56%、66.67%、77.77%。綜上,富鋅益生菌能夠提高蛋雞的抗氧化機能和抵抗病原微生物感染的能力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of zinc-rich probiotics prepared by beneficial bacteria into inorganic zinc in the production of laying hens, 120 Hailan brown laying hens aged 19 weeks were divided into control group and three experimental groups. The control group was fed with basal diet.The experimental group added 0.10% 0.15% zinc rich probiotics to the basal diet, 55 days after the experiment, the serum was isolated at the end of the experiment, and the total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) activity in the serum was determined.The activity of T-AOC, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the total antioxidant capacity of 500 1-day-old Hailan brown chicks were selected.They were divided into blank control group (fed basal diet), three zinc-rich probiotics groups (0.10% 0.15% Zinc-rich probiotics 0.20% were added to basal diet, antibiotic control group (0.15% chlortetracycline added to basal diet, attack control group, except blank control group).Other groups were divided into Escherichia coli attack group, chicken bacillus pullorum attack group, chicken staphylococcus attack group for 49 days, to study the anti-infection ability of Zinc-rich probiotics against Escherichia coli, Chicken Salmonella pullorum and Staphylococcus Chicken.The results showed that compared with the control group, the activity of TSOD in 0.20% Zinc-enriched probiotics group increased significantly, but the T-AOC activity in the Zinc-enriched probiotics group increased significantly (14.5422.8527.01%), but there was no significant difference in the activity of GSH-Px between the two groups.The results showed that the incidence of Escherichia coli in 0.10% 0.20% Zinc-rich probiotics group was reduced by 20.00 ~ 46.67% and the mortality rate was reduced by 30.4444 ~ 65.21% and 73.91% respectively, and the incidence of Salmonella pullorum was reduced by 32.1442.86% ~ 53.57%, and the mortality was reduced by 31.58% and 52.63%, respectively, and the incidence of Staphylococcus pullorum was decreased by 31.58% and 52.63%, respectively.36.00 and 48.00, respectively, and the death rate was reduced by 55.56 and by 66.67 and 77.77, respectively.In conclusion, Zinc-rich probiotics can improve the antioxidant function and resistance to pathogenic microorganism infection of laying hens.
