VEGF在綿羊性成熟前后睪丸組織中表達(dá)水平的比較分析

【摘要】:為探索血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)在綿羊睪丸發(fā)育和精子發(fā)生過程中的作用,本研究以綿羊性成熟前后睪丸組織為研究對象,采用RT-PCR和Western-blot方法檢測VEGF m RNA及其蛋白在綿羊性成熟前后睪丸組織中的表達(dá)差異,利用SSPS 18.0對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果顯示,VEGF m RNA及其蛋白在綿羊性成熟前后睪丸組織中均有表達(dá),二者在性成熟后睪丸中的表達(dá)量明顯高于性成熟前睪丸(P0.05),且VEGF m RNA與蛋白的表達(dá)趨勢趨于一致。由此可見,VEGF在綿羊睪丸發(fā)育和精子發(fā)生過程中具有促進(jìn)作用,這為進(jìn)一步探索VEGF在睪丸中的作用機(jī)制奠定了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the development of testis and spermatogenesis in sheep, the testis of sheep before and after sexual maturation were studied.RT-PCR and Western-blot methods were used to detect the expression of VEGF m RNA and its protein in testis of sheep before and after sexual maturation. SSPS 18.0 was used to compare the data.The results showed that VEGFM RNA and its protein were expressed in the testis of sheep before and after sexual maturation. The expression of VEGFM and its protein in the testis after sexual maturation was significantly higher than that in the testis before and after sexual maturation, and the expression trend of VEGF m RNA and protein tended to be the same.It can be seen that VEGF plays an important role in the development of testis and spermatogenesis in sheep, which lays a theoretical foundation for further exploring the mechanism of VEGF in testis.
