大約克豬不同模型的遺傳參數(shù)估計(jì)與遺傳趨勢分析

【摘要】:本研究以福建地區(qū)某國家核心育種場2010年到2016年出生的大約克豬為材料。運(yùn)用非求導(dǎo)最大似然法(Derivative-Free Restricted Maximum Likelihood)和最佳線性無偏預(yù)測法(Best linear Unbiased Prediction)對不同遺傳參數(shù)模型進(jìn)行研究,估計(jì)了100kg體重日齡和背膘、總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)、產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)以及初生窩重的遺傳參數(shù),并對表型趨勢與遺傳趨勢進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)在2010年到2016年間大約克豬100kg體重日齡在逐步減小,100kg體重背膘厚則處于平穩(wěn)波動(dòng)中;性別分析中公畜的100kg體重日齡與100kg體重背膘厚低于母畜;胎次分析中第1胎與第11胎的總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)最低,從第2胎開始總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)逐步提升,在第五胎時(shí)產(chǎn)仔數(shù)達(dá)到最高。(2)100kg體重日齡和100kg體重背膘厚的個(gè)體直接加性遺傳力、母體直接加性遺傳力、個(gè)體和母體直接加性相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.24696、0.02074、-0.04522;0.58055、0.07667、-0.14974?偖a(chǎn)仔數(shù)、產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)和初生窩重的個(gè)體直接加性遺傳力、母體直接加性遺傳力、個(gè)體和母體直接加性相關(guān)系數(shù)則為0.13543、0.05101、0.05886; 0.08763、0.02931、-0.02526; 0.07423、0.01342、-0.00949。數(shù)據(jù)顯示:母體效應(yīng)對繁殖和生長性狀的個(gè)體遺傳效應(yīng)都有影響,其中對繁殖性狀的影響更大。(3)100kg體重日齡和背膘厚、總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)、總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和初生窩重、產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)和初生窩重的遺傳相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為-0.165、0.720、0.660、0.540。(4)2010年到2016年間大約克公豬100kg體重日齡的表型趨勢和遺傳趨勢是-2.20、-1.57,且差異極顯著(p0.01); 100kg體重背膘厚的表型趨勢和遺傳趨勢為-0.169、-0.0480。大約克母豬的100kg體重日齡的表型趨勢和遺傳趨勢為-0.769、-1.59,且差異極顯著(p0.01); 100kg體重背膘厚的表型趨勢和遺傳趨勢為-0.0680、-0.0501;總產(chǎn)仔數(shù)的表型和遺傳趨勢為0.0860、0.00500。并且差異極顯著(p0.01)。
[Abstract]:In this study, a national core breeding farm in Fujian Province was used as the material of Yorkshire pig born from 2010 to 2016.Different genetic parameter models were studied by Derivative-Free Restricted Maximum Likelihoodand Best linear Unbiased prediction. The genetic parameters of 100kg body weight, backfat, total litter size, live litter size and litter weight were estimated.The phenotypic and genetic trends were analyzed.The results are as follows: (1) during the period from 2010 to 2016, the body weight of 100kg in about g pigs decreased gradually, and the backfat thickness of 100 kg body weight was in stable fluctuation, and the body weight of 100kg and 100kg in male was lower than that of female in sex analysis.The total litter size and live litter size of the first and eleventh births were the lowest, and the total litter size and the live litter size increased gradually from the second birth.The direct additive heritability, maternal direct additive heritability, individual and maternal direct additive heritability of 100 kg BW / day and 100kg body weight backfat thickness at the fifth trimester were 0.246960.02074-0.04522n0.580577- 0.149744, respectively.The direct additive heritability of total litter size, live litter size and birth litter weight, the direct additive heritability of maternal body, and the correlation coefficient of direct additive heritability between individual and mother were 0.13543n0.051010.05886; 0.08763n0.02931h-0.02526; 0.074230.01342- 0.00949.The data showed that maternal effect had an effect on individual genetic effects of reproductive and growth traits, and the effect on reproductive traits was greater than that on reproductive traits, including body weight and backfat thickness, total litter size and live litter size, total litter size and litter weight.The genetic correlation coefficients of live litter size and litter weight were -0.165 ~ 0.720 ~ (0.660) ~ (0.54) 0.54 ~ (4)) the phenotypic and genetic trends of 100kg body weight days of about g / g boars from 2010 to 2016 were -2.20 ~ (-1.57), and the difference was very significant (p < 0.01), and the phenotypic and genetic trends of 100kg body weight backfat thickness were -0.169- 0.0480.The phenotypic and genetic trends of 100kg body weight days were -0.769- 1.59, and the difference was very significant (p0.01), the phenotypic and genetic trends of 100kg body weight backfat thickness were -0.0680- 0.0501, and the phenotypic and genetic trends of total litter size were 0.08600.0.00500.The difference was very significant (P 0.01).
