粉煤灰基氧氟沙星分子印跡聚合物的制備及其固相萃取應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:以工業(yè)廢料粉煤灰微球?yàn)榛|(zhì),氧氟沙星(OFL)為模板分子,采用表面印跡法制備了分子印跡聚合物(MIP)材料。通過紫外光譜法結(jié)合理論分析選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,并對(duì)該印跡材料的結(jié)構(gòu)、吸附行為進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,該印跡材料對(duì)OFL具有良好的特異識(shí)別性和優(yōu)良的親和性。與以硅膠為載體制備的MIP相比,該材料吸附容量更高且印跡效果更好。將其作為固相萃取填料對(duì)雞產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分離富集,與C18柱相比,分離富集效果更好。結(jié)合高效液相色譜,對(duì)實(shí)際樣品中OFL進(jìn)行分析,回收率為82.0%~96.7%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差低于5.5%,可用于雞產(chǎn)品中OFL分離分析。
[Abstract]:The molecularly imprinted polymer ( MIP ) was prepared by surface blotting with the industrial waste fly ash microspheres as substrate and ofloxacin ( OFL ) as template molecule . Compared with the MIP prepared by silica gel , the adsorption capacity of the material was higher and the imprinting effect was better . Compared with the MIP prepared by silica gel , the separation and enrichment effect was better . The recovery rate was 82.0 % 锝,
