新型甜味劑及鮮味劑在斷奶仔豬飼糧中的應用效果研究

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究新型甜味劑及鮮味劑對斷奶仔豬生長性能、血清胃腸肽指標、養(yǎng)分消化率及糞便微生物數(shù)量的影響。選取體況良好、體重(7.81±0.82)kg、(28±2)日齡的大白斷奶仔豬128頭,隨機分成4個組,每組4個重復,每個重復8頭仔豬。對照組(A組)飼喂不加鮮味劑和甜味劑的基礎飼糧,試驗組在基礎飼糧中分別添加0.2 g/kg的糖精鈉(B組)、0.2 g/kg的鮮味組合物(C組)和0.2 g/kg的植物甜味提取物(D組)。試驗期28 d。結(jié)果表明:1)與對照組相比,B、C、D組斷奶仔豬第1~14天和第1~28天的料重比均極顯著降低(P0.01);2)與對照組相比,C組血清胰高血糖素樣肽-1含量顯著降低(P0.05)。3)各組有機物、粗蛋白質(zhì)、粗脂肪、鈣和磷的消化率均差異不顯著(P0.05)。4)各組的糞便大腸桿菌、乳酸桿菌和雙歧桿菌數(shù)量均差異不顯著(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧中添加糖精鈉、鮮味組合物及植物甜味提取物能夠改善斷奶仔豬的生長性能,調(diào)節(jié)血清胃腸肽分泌。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of new sweeteners and flavor agents on growth performance, serum gastrointestinal peptide index, nutrient digestibility and fecal microbial quantity of weaned piglets.128 large white weaned piglets with a body weight of 7.81 鹵0.82kg / kg and body weight of 7.81 鹵0.82kg / kg were randomly divided into 4 groups, 4 replicates in each group and 8 piglets per replica.The control group (group A) was fed with basic diet without flavor agent and sweetener. The experimental group was fed with 0.2 g/kg saccharin sodium group B group with 0.2 g/kg flavor composition (group C) and group D with 0.2 g/kg plant sweet flavor extract (group D).The trial period was 28 days.The results showed that compared with the control group, the feed weight ratios of weaned piglets in group C were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 14th day and the 28th day). Compared with the control group, the contents of serum glucagon like peptide 1 in group C were significantly lower than those in group C (P 0.05N. 3) the organic matter, crude protein and crude fat in group C were significantly lower than those in group B (P < 0.05), and the contents of serum glucagon like peptide 1 in group C were significantly lower than those in group C.There was no significant difference in digestibility of calcium and phosphorus in fecal Escherichia coli, but there was no significant difference in the quantity of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in fecal Escherichia coli.It can be seen that adding saccharin sodium, fresh composition and plant sweet flavor extract in diet can improve the growth performance of weaned piglets and regulate the secretion of serum gastrointestinal peptides.
