肉雞雞胚肝臟中脂滴的發(fā)育研究

【摘要】:為了探索雞胚肝臟脂滴的發(fā)育規(guī)律,選取120枚受精蛋,分別在孵化的第7~21天(E7~E21)每天隨機選取6枚蛋,收集雞胚,采集雞胚肝臟,采用冰凍切片、蘇丹Ⅲ染色觀察雞胚肝臟脂滴的形成和發(fā)育特點。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):1雞胚發(fā)育到E9胚齡,肝細胞內開始出現(xiàn)脂滴,且隨著胚齡增加,脂滴的數(shù)量不斷增多,脂滴的大小不斷增大;2E18胚齡以前,肝臟脂滴的分布從中央靜脈開始沿肝索到肝小葉邊緣數(shù)量逐漸減少,E18胚齡以后,肝臟邊緣脂滴數(shù)量較肝臟中央的多;3肝臟脂滴的發(fā)育分為E9~E14、E15~E17和E18~E21 3個階段,而且后一個階段脂滴的數(shù)量和體積均顯著大于前一個階段(P0.05),脂滴的平均大小在E9~E14、E15~E17和E18~E21 3個階段分別為3.2、5.7和10.8μm,平均數(shù)量分別為67、327、397個/mm2。以上結果表明,隨著雞胚的發(fā)育,肝細胞內脂滴數(shù)量增加、體積變大。
