青年伊犁馬日常耐力訓練探究

【摘要】:本文以12匹昭蘇馬場2-3歲的青年伊犁馬為研究對象,分別進行9周法特萊克訓練和間歇訓練,分析法特萊克訓練和間歇訓練前后及法特萊克訓練和間歇訓練間馬匹運動后血液生化指標變化規(guī)律的差異,比較訓練前后及兩種訓練方法間運動成績的差異,探究不同運動方法對馬匹運動特點的影響,以期為馬匹耐力訓練體系提供參考依據(jù)。研究結果如下:青年伊犁馬通過9周法特萊克訓練后,馬匹12 km測試賽用時極顯著低于訓練前(P0.01),訓練前馬匹賽后血漿TP、ALB、CHO呈先下降后上升,血漿AST、ALT、CK、LDH、UREA賽后持續(xù)升高,賽后90 min極顯著高于賽前水平(P0.01),TG持續(xù)下降;訓練后血漿TP、ALB、CHO、AST、ALT、CK、LDH、UREA均呈先上升后下降,除賽后CK、LDH仍極顯著高于賽前(P0.01)外,其它均恢復至賽前水平;TG賽后呈先下降后上升至恢復狀態(tài)。訓練后馬匹血漿LAC恢復速度較訓練前更快;訓練前后血漿UA、CREA的變化規(guī)律相似,但訓練后血漿UA及CREA上升及下降幅度更大。測試賽后馬匹肝臟、心肌和骨骼肌機械損傷程度較訓練前更小,機體對負荷的適應能力明顯增強,訓練后對血漿LAC的消除能力明顯增強,有氧運動能力明顯提升。青年伊犁馬通過9周間歇訓練后,12 km測試賽用時極顯著低于訓練前(P0.01)。訓練前后馬匹測試賽血漿TP、ALB、CHO、TG、CK、LDH變化趨勢明顯,訓練前血漿TP、ALB、CHO、TG呈先下降后上升,血漿CK、LDH賽后即刻升高,隨后下降,再上升,賽后90 min CK極顯著高于賽前(P0.01),LDH顯著高于賽前(P0.05);訓練后TP、ALB先升高后下降再上升,血漿CHO、TG先升高后降低,血漿CK、LDH均表現(xiàn)出現(xiàn)先上升,后下降,賽后90 min極顯著高于賽前(P0.01)。訓練前后血漿ALT、AST、UREA、CREA、UA、LAC與訓練前變化趨勢基本一致,但變化幅度較訓練前更大,最大LAC較訓練前提高了33.2%。訓練后測試賽馬匹的嘌呤核苷酸代謝增強,骨骼肌運動損傷小,具有更高的訓練程度,機體對血漿ALT、AST、LAC的耐受性有所提高。兩組馬匹分別通過法特萊克訓練和間歇訓練后,12 km測試賽用時差異不顯著(P0.05),但間歇訓練組用時略少于法特萊克訓練組。兩組間血漿TP、ALB、CHO、TG變化趨勢略有不同,血漿ALT、AST、UA、CREA變化規(guī)律基本相同,但法特萊克訓練組出現(xiàn)峰值的時間較晚。兩組之間血漿LAC、CK、LDH、CHO變化規(guī)律基本一致,出現(xiàn)峰值的時間也相同,法特萊克訓練組血漿CK、LDH峰值均顯著小于間歇訓練組(P0.05),間歇訓練組最大乳酸比法特萊克訓練組提高了21.33%。法特萊克組馬匹的有氧工作能力較強,間歇訓練組馬匹對運動負荷的耐受程度較好。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 12 young Yili horses aged 2-3 years old in Zhaosu horse farm were studied.The changes of blood biochemical indexes before and after trek training and intermittent training were analyzed, and the results of exercise before and after training were compared, and the changes of blood biochemical indexes before and after training were compared between the two training methods.In order to provide reference for horse endurance training system, this paper probes into the influence of different sports methods on horse sports characteristics.After training, the recovery rate of plasma LAC in horses was faster than that before training, and the changes of plasma LAC were similar before and after training, but plasma UA and CREA increased and decreased more significantly after training.The degree of mechanical injury of liver, myocardium and skeletal muscle after race was smaller than that before training, the adaptability of body to load was obviously enhanced, the ability of eliminating plasma LAC was obviously enhanced after training, and the ability of aerobic exercise was obviously enhanced.The 12 km test time of young Yili horse after 9 weeks interval training was significantly lower than that of P0.01g before training.Before and after training, the change trend of plasma TPB ALB Cho TGG CKT LDH in horse test race was obvious. Before training, the plasma TPB ALBU CHOTG decreased first and then increased, plasma CKB LDH immediately increased, then decreased, and then increased.Before and after training, the change trend of plasma alt AST, UREAEAA UALAC was basically the same as that before training, but the range of change was larger than that before training, and the maximum LAC was increased by 33.2% compared with that before training.After training, the metabolism of purine nucleotides in the test horses was enhanced, the skeletal muscle movement was less damaged, the training degree was higher, and the tolerance of the body to the plasma alt ASTN LAC was improved.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the 12 km race time after the Fatlek training and interval training, but the interval training group used a little less time than the fartleke training group.The change trend of plasma TPB ALBX CHOO TG was slightly different between the two groups, and the changes of plasma alt ASTX UAA CREA were basically the same, but the peak time of Fatt Lake training group was later than that of Fat Lake training group.The changes of plasma LAC CKN LDH Cho in the two groups were basically the same and the time of peak value was the same. The peak value of plasma CKH LDH in the Fatt training group was significantly lower than that in the intermittent training group (P 0.05). The maximum lactate in the intermittent training group was 21.33 times higher than that in the Fatt Lake training group.The aerobic ability of the horses in the Fatleke group was stronger than that in the intermittent training group, and the tolerance of the horses to exercise load was better in the intermittent training group.
