生物床模式下復(fù)合生物飼料對(duì)三元雜交豬的生長(zhǎng)性能、肉質(zhì)及生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:在生物床養(yǎng)殖模式下,試驗(yàn)分別用基礎(chǔ)日糧、單一生物飼料(基礎(chǔ)日糧+生物飼料)以及復(fù)合生物飼料(單一生物飼料+生物活性添加劑)飼喂湖北省地方的三元雜交豬{長(zhǎng)白(♂)×[大約(♂)×通城(♀)](♀)}60 d,然后進(jìn)行生長(zhǎng)性能、生理生化指標(biāo)以及肉質(zhì)測(cè)定。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,使用復(fù)合生物飼料可以達(dá)到最優(yōu)育肥效果:平均日增重851.9 g/(頭·d)、料肉比2.91、肌間脂肪3.89%,大理石紋3.97、肌肉系水率81.22%。由此可見,這種集成的生態(tài)養(yǎng)殖模式可以提高湖北省本地三元雜交豬的生產(chǎn)效率和豬肉品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In the biological bed culture model, the experiment was conducted on a basal diet.The single biological feed (basic diet biological feed) and the compound biological feed (single biological feed bioactive additive) were fed to the three-way crossbred pig {Changbai (Pao) 脳 [about (Pao) 脳 Tongcheng (Pao)] in Hubei Province.60 days, and then perform growth performance,Physiological and biochemical indexes and meat quality were determined.The results showed that the optimum fattening effect could be achieved by using compound biological feed: average daily gain was 851.9 g / r (head dai, feed / meat ratio 2.91), intermuscular fat 3.89%, marbling 3.97, muscle water ratio 81.22 2.Therefore, the integrated ecological breeding model can improve the production efficiency and pork quality of local three-dimensional crossbred pigs in Hubei province.
