【摘要】:本文在蘆花雞日糧中添加微生態(tài)制劑探討其對(duì)蘆花雞生長(zhǎng)性能、常規(guī)養(yǎng)分表觀代謝率、血清生化指標(biāo)、脂類代謝相關(guān)基因表達(dá)量等指標(biāo)的影響。試驗(yàn)選擇1日齡健康蘆花雞320羽,隨機(jī)分為2組,每組8個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)20羽,試驗(yàn)日糧分為:基礎(chǔ)日糧和添加0.2%的微生態(tài)制劑的試驗(yàn)日糧。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)期分為兩個(gè)階段,每個(gè)階段42天,共84天。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:(1)微生態(tài)制劑對(duì)生長(zhǎng)性能的影響:飼糧中添加0.2%微生態(tài)制劑,1-42日齡試驗(yàn)組末均重、ADG和ADFI分別較對(duì)照組提高了5.46%、6.25%和9.04%,但差異均不顯著(P0.05)。43-84日齡,試驗(yàn)組末均重、ADG和ADFI分別較對(duì)照組提高了9.71%(P0.01)、10.37%(P0.01)和4.37%(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,飼料中添加微生態(tài)制劑能夠提高飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率,提高生長(zhǎng)性能。(2)對(duì)屠宰性能的影響:基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加微生態(tài)制劑能夠提高蘆花雞的屠宰性能。相比對(duì)照組,試驗(yàn)組屠宰率顯著提高了4.25%(P0.05);半凈膛率、全凈膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率分別提高了0.11%,1.01%,0.38%和7.38%;試驗(yàn)組雞的腹脂率降低了41.43%。(3)對(duì)養(yǎng)分表觀代謝率的影響:1-42日齡,日糧添加微生態(tài)制劑提高了試驗(yàn)組對(duì)粗蛋白的表觀代謝率,相較對(duì)照組提高了4.17%,差異不顯著(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,粗脂肪表觀代謝率降低19.23%(P0.01)、粗纖維提高了18.05%(P0.05)、粗灰分降低了26.09%(P0.05)。43-84日齡:粗蛋白的表觀代謝率,相較對(duì)照組提高了14.38%,差異顯著(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,粗脂肪表觀代謝率14.28%(P0.01)粗纖維提高了6.13%(P0.05),對(duì)粗灰分沒有影響。結(jié)果表明,微生態(tài)制劑不同程度提高了蘆花雞飼養(yǎng)期間雞對(duì)養(yǎng)分的表觀代謝率。(4)對(duì)血清生化指標(biāo)的影響:1-42日齡:試驗(yàn)組添加微生態(tài)制劑對(duì)試驗(yàn)組血清中Glu、HDL-C含量均有不同程度提高;且在不同程度降血清中TG、TC、LDL-C的含量,各組間差異不顯著。43-84日齡,血清中Glu、TG、TC、LDL-C含量均有不同程度降低,各組間差異不顯著;血清中HDL-C的含量得到提高,各組間差異不顯著。(5)微生態(tài)制劑能降低肝臟、胸肌和回腸中FAS基因表達(dá)量,且回腸組差異顯著;降低肝臟和回腸中ApoB基因表達(dá)量,提高胸肌ApoB基因的表達(dá)量,但組間差異不顯著。綜合結(jié)果表明,蘆花雞日糧中添加0.2%微生態(tài)制劑能夠提高肉雞的生長(zhǎng)性能和部分養(yǎng)分表觀代謝率,具有調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體脂類代謝、提高胴體品質(zhì)的作用。
[Abstract]:The effects of microecological preparations on growth performance, apparent metabolic rate of conventional nutrients, serum biochemical indexes and expression of genes related to lipid metabolism were investigated in the diet of LUHA-chicken.320 1-day-old healthy Luhua chickens were randomly divided into two groups, 8 replicates in each group and 20 in each group. The trial diet was divided into basic diet and experimental diet supplemented with 0.2% microecological agent.The feeding trial period was divided into two stages, each stage 42 days, a total of 84 days.The results were as follows: (1) the effect of microecological preparation on growth performance: ADG and ADFI in diet supplemented with 0.2% microecological agent at the end of 1-42 days of age increased by 5.46% 6.25% and 9.04%, respectively, compared with the control group, but the difference was not significant (P 0.05N. 43-84 d).Compared with the control group, the weight of ADG and ADFI in the test group were increased by 9.71% and 4.37% respectively.The results showed that the feed conversion rate and growth performance could be increased by adding microecological agent to feed, and the slaughter performance of Luhua chicken could be improved by adding microecological agent in basal diet.鐩告瘮瀵圭収緇,
