【摘要】：隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)”的發(fā)展,加快了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)前進(jìn)的步伐,改變了傳統(tǒng)的種植、養(yǎng)殖和加工模式,使農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展更集約、高效和智能。吉林省作為中國梅花鹿之鄉(xiāng),有著悠久的鹿養(yǎng)殖歷史,多年來一直沿用傳統(tǒng)的飼養(yǎng)方式,產(chǎn)量低、效益差、品質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定、資源浪費(fèi)等現(xiàn)象長期存在,技術(shù)和設(shè)備相對(duì)落后嚴(yán)重制約了我國鹿業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。為充分發(fā)揮吉林省鹿產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)一步提升鹿產(chǎn)品品牌效應(yīng)和增強(qiáng)鹿產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì),順利開展鹿標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化養(yǎng)殖和鹿產(chǎn)品加工,構(gòu)建一套適宜現(xiàn)代鹿業(yè)快速發(fā)展的、集約、高效、綠色可持續(xù)的基于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的鹿養(yǎng)殖智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)勢(shì)在必行。本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)監(jiān)控技術(shù)的研究分析,結(jié)合無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)以及微控制技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一套梅花鹿數(shù)字化養(yǎng)殖系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以zigbee芯片JN5168作為鹿圈舍監(jiān)控節(jié)點(diǎn)主控芯片,綜合運(yùn)用溫濕度傳感器、光照度傳感器以及氨氣傳感器來實(shí)現(xiàn)鹿圈舍環(huán)境信息的采集。采用LED節(jié)能補(bǔ)光燈、噴淋頭、遮陽網(wǎng)等作為環(huán)境調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)鹿圈舍環(huán)境的智能調(diào)控,采用上位機(jī)軟件作為數(shù)據(jù)分析決策系統(tǒng)。鹿圈舍監(jiān)控節(jié)點(diǎn)所采集的相關(guān)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù),可由無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)將之傳至以太網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān),之后再傳輸至上位機(jī)。上位機(jī)根據(jù)相關(guān)環(huán)境參數(shù)發(fā)出相應(yīng)控制指令,而監(jiān)控節(jié)點(diǎn)在接收到上位機(jī)控制指令后,可對(duì)補(bǔ)光燈、遮陽網(wǎng)、噴淋等設(shè)備進(jìn)行調(diào)控,從而使得鹿圈舍環(huán)境適宜,進(jìn)而提高鹿茸品質(zhì)和產(chǎn)量。另外,為了解決系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中存在的電平不匹配問題,采用了電平轉(zhuǎn)換芯片來實(shí)現(xiàn)控制芯片與外部傳感器的電平轉(zhuǎn)換;為解決系統(tǒng)對(duì)不同供電電源的需求,采用電壓變換芯片來實(shí)現(xiàn)多電壓供電的功能。最后,分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行組網(wǎng)、采集和控制等功能的測(cè)試試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可靠,易于操作和維護(hù),具有一定的推廣和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of "Internet agriculture", the pace of modern agriculture has been quickened, the traditional planting, breeding and processing models have been changed, and agricultural development has become more intensive, efficient and intelligent. Jilin Province, as the hometown of China's sika deer, With a long history of deer breeding, the traditional breeding methods have been used for many years. The production is low, the benefit is poor, the quality is unstable, and the resources are wasted for a long time. The relative backwardness of technology and equipment has seriously restricted the rapid development of deer industry in China. In order to give full play to the advantages of deer industry in Jilin Province, to further promote the brand effect of deer products and strengthen the deer industry economy, the standardized breeding of deer and the processing of deer products were carried out smoothly. It is imperative to construct an intelligent monitoring system for deer breeding based on wireless sensor network, which is suitable for the rapid development of modern deer industry. Combined with wireless sensor network technology and micro-control technology, a digital breeding system of sika deer was designed, in which zigbee chip JN5168 was used as the main control chip of deer house monitoring node, and temperature and humidity sensor was used synthetically. The light intensity sensor and ammonia sensor are used to collect the environmental information of deer house. The LED energy saving light compensation lamp, sprinkler head, sunshade net and so on are used as the environment adjusting equipment. In order to realize the intelligent control of deer house environment, the light intensity sensor and ammonia gas sensor are used to realize the intelligent control of the deer house environment. The upper computer software is used as the data analysis and decision system. The environmental data collected by the deer house monitoring node can be transmitted to the Ethernet gateway by the wireless sensor network. Then it is transmitted to the upper computer. The host computer sends out the corresponding control instructions according to the relevant environmental parameters. After receiving the control instruction of the upper computer, the monitoring node can adjust and control the lighting, sunshade, spray and other equipment. In order to solve the problem of level mismatch in the design of the system, the level conversion chip is used to realize the level conversion between the control chip and the external sensor. In order to solve the demand of different power supply, the function of multi-voltage power supply is realized by using voltage conversion chip. Finally, the system is tested and tested for networking, collecting and controlling functions. The test results show that the system is running stably. Reliable, easy to operate and maintain, has certain promotion and application value.
