金寨黑毛豬放養(yǎng)效果的研究

【摘要】:在放養(yǎng)條件下,首先對(duì)不同斷奶日齡的金寨地方黑毛豬進(jìn)行試驗(yàn):將9窩仔豬隨機(jī)的分成三組,分別在21、28和35日齡斷奶,發(fā)現(xiàn)金寨地方黑毛豬在不同的斷奶日齡仔豬生長(zhǎng)的速度變化規(guī)律;其次,分別選擇初始體重在20至35 kg的三組金寨地方黑豬進(jìn)行放養(yǎng),分別按不同量補(bǔ)飼精料,探索本體重階段的黑毛豬飼喂量如何合理分配;再次,分別選取初始體重在15~25、25~35和35~45Kg的三組金寨地方黑毛豬開(kāi)展放養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)散放時(shí)間與后期飼養(yǎng)增重速度規(guī)律;最后,選取本地散放上市的黑毛豬肉和市場(chǎng)銷售規(guī)模養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)的商品豬肉進(jìn)行脂肪酸各成分含量分析,分析得出兩種豬肉脂肪酸含量的差別。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:1.不同斷奶日齡對(duì)斷奶后仔豬的攝食量和生長(zhǎng)速度具重要影響金寨地方黑毛豬在3~5周齡時(shí)斷奶,其平均的初始體重?zé)o明顯不同;斷奶后前2周,各小組的增重?cái)?shù)都不明顯,在斷奶的2~8周,28日齡斷奶組的平均生長(zhǎng)增重速度明顯高于21和35日齡斷奶組。2.相同生豬體重補(bǔ)飼不同量對(duì)生態(tài)放養(yǎng)金寨地方黑毛豬的生長(zhǎng)速度和料肉比均有顯著的影響試驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):放養(yǎng)60d時(shí),Ⅱ、Ⅲ組的平均體重顯著高于Ⅰ組;到放養(yǎng)的后期Ⅰ組的平均日增重極顯著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ組;放養(yǎng)中期,Ⅲ組的料肉比顯著高于Ⅱ組;放養(yǎng)后期,Ⅰ組和Ⅲ組的料肉比顯著高于Ⅱ組。3.不同的初始體重地方放養(yǎng)黑毛豬相同補(bǔ)飼量對(duì)其增重速度影響明顯在放牧的前2周,不同初始體重的地方黑毛豬的平均日增速十分接近,但在放養(yǎng)4~6周和6~8周階段,初始體重初始體重越大的豬增重速度越快。4.不同的生豬品種和養(yǎng)殖模式下飼喂的豬肉不飽和脂肪酸的含量上差異顯著采用面積校正歸一法進(jìn)行測(cè)定,金寨黑毛豬與集約規(guī)模白豬肌間脂肪中飽和脂肪酸含量差異不顯著;但金寨黑毛豬豬肉肌間脂肪不飽和脂肪酸含量明顯高于規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)白豬不飽和脂肪酸的含量,差異極顯著。綜合以上研究成果可知,金寨地方黑毛豬放養(yǎng)條件下,28日齡斷奶組仔豬的生長(zhǎng)速度明顯較快;40kg以下的金寨地方黑毛豬的補(bǔ)飼量以1.0kg/d為宜,而40~50kg的地方黑毛豬補(bǔ)飼量則以1.25kg/d較為為宜;相同補(bǔ)飼量條件下,放養(yǎng)初始體重越大的仔豬在后期增重速度越快;且金寨散放黑毛豬肉中的不飽和脂肪酸的含量比普通集約化養(yǎng)殖白豬肉的要明顯高很多。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of stocking, the experiment was carried out on Jinzhai local black wool pigs of different weaning days. Nine piglets were randomly divided into three groups, which were weaned at 21 ~ 28 and 35 days old, respectively. It was found that the growth rate of Jinzhai local black hairy pigs varied with different weaning days. Secondly, three groups of Jinzhai local black pigs with initial body weight of 20 to 35 kg were selected and fed with different amounts of concentrate. Thirdly, three groups of local black wool pigs with initial body weight of 1525, 25, 25 and 35~45Kg were selected to carry out stocking experiments. The results showed that the time of dispersal and the speed of weight gain in later feeding were found. The fatty acid content of black hairy pork and commercial pork of pig farm were analyzed. The difference of fatty acid content between the two kinds of pork was obtained. The results were as follows: 1. Different weaning days had an important effect on the feed intake and growth rate of the piglets after weaning, and the local black wool pigs in Jinzhai were weaned at the age of 3 to 5 weeks. There was no significant difference in the average initial weight, and the weight gain of each group was not significant in the first two weeks after weaning. The average growth and weight gain rate of 28 days weaning group was significantly higher than that of 21 and 35 days weaning group. 2. The growth rate and feed / meat ratio of local black wool pigs in Jinzhai area were significantly different from the same body weight supplementation.
