不同蛋白質(zhì)水平日糧對(duì)梅花鹿IGF-1和GH基因表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在探討不同蛋白質(zhì)水平日糧對(duì)梅花鹿胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子-1(IGF-1)基因和生長(zhǎng)激素GH基因m RNA表達(dá)量的影響,為科學(xué)配置梅花鹿飼料及鹿茸生長(zhǎng)提供理論基礎(chǔ)。選取27頭4歲梅花鹿公鹿為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分成3組,分別飼喂不同蛋白質(zhì)水平的日糧(Ⅰ:20%,Ⅱ:24%,Ⅲ:28%)。采用SYBR Green Real-time PCR方法檢測(cè)不同蛋白質(zhì)水平日糧對(duì)梅花鹿鹿茸組織IGF-1基因和GH基因的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果表明:不同蛋白質(zhì)水平日糧顯著影響鹿茸組織IGF-1和GH基因的表達(dá)風(fēng)度,隨著蛋白質(zhì)水平的增加,IGF-1基因在鹿茸組織上的表達(dá)量降低,Ⅰ組鹿茸表達(dá)量最高,顯著高于Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組(p0.05),GH基因在Ⅲ組鹿茸表達(dá)量最高,顯著高于Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組(p0.05)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different protein levels on the expression of IGF-1 gene and GH gene m RNA in sika deer.
