【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧中添加載銅蒙脫石對(duì)肉雞生長(zhǎng)性能和養(yǎng)分表觀利用率的影響。試驗(yàn)采用完全隨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),將180只1日齡AA肉雞隨機(jī)分為3組,每組10個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)6只雞(公母各半)。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)組在基礎(chǔ)飼糧基礎(chǔ)上分別添加0.1%和0.2%的載銅蒙脫石。試驗(yàn)期42 d,分為1~21日齡和22~42日齡兩階段。結(jié)果表明:(1)與對(duì)照組相比,肉雞平均體重(ABW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)隨載銅蒙脫石添加量的提高而提高。(2)添加0.2%載銅蒙脫石組較對(duì)照組21日齡ABW提高7.1%(P0.10),1~21日齡ADG提高7.5%(P0.10);干物質(zhì)、總能和粗蛋白質(zhì)的消化率分別降低2.7%、2%和6.6%(P0.05)。1~21日齡ADFI和F/G,22~42日齡ABW、ADG和F/G,以及鈣和磷的表觀利用率無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05)。(3)添加0.2%的載銅蒙脫石組十二指腸絨毛高度/隱窩深度、回腸隱窩深度顯著增加(P0.05),對(duì)空腸和回腸絨毛高度、空腸隱窩深度、空腸和回腸絨毛高度/隱窩深度,對(duì)盲腸大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌和乳酸桿菌數(shù)量,及肝臟中銅、鐵、錳、鋅含量均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),飼糧中添加載銅蒙脫石可改善肉雞的生長(zhǎng)性能。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of copper montmorillonite on growth performance and apparent nutrient utilization efficiency of broilers. 180 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates in each group. There were 6 chickens (half male and half female) in each replica. The control group was fed with basic diet. The experimental group was supplemented with 0.1% and 0.2% copper loaded montmorillonite on the basis of basal diet. The experiment period was 42 days, which was divided into two stages: 1 ~ 21 days old and 22 ~ 42 days old. The results showed that: 1) compared with the control group, Average body weight, average daily gain (ADG) and average daily intake (ADFI) of broilers increased with the increase of copper montmorillonite loading. The digestibility of total energy and crude protein decreased by 2. 7% and 2. 7%, respectively, and the apparent utilization ratio of ABWN ADG and F / G at day 22 and 42 of 6.6%(P0.05).1~21, and the apparent utilization ratio of calcium and phosphorus did not significantly affect the villi height / crypt depth of duodenum in copper loaded montmorillonite group. The depth of ileum crypt increased significantly (P 0.05), to jejunum and ileum villi height, jejunal crypt depth, jejunum and ileum villi height / crypt depth, to cecal Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Lactobacillus, and to copper, iron, manganese in liver, Zinc content had no significant effect on P0. 05%. It can be seen that adding copper montmorillonite to diet can improve the growth performance of broilers.
