短花針茅荒漠草原土壤微生物群落組成及結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:為詳細(xì)了解內(nèi)蒙古短花針茅荒漠草原生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中土壤微生物群落組成與結(jié)構(gòu)。對(duì)其土壤中微生物的總DNA提取后,采用高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)對(duì)土壤中細(xì)菌的16Sr DNA和真菌的ITS基因進(jìn)行了序列測(cè)定,分析了短花針茅荒漠草原土壤中微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)特征。結(jié)果表明,共獲得細(xì)菌OTUs13711個(gè),真菌OTUs 5929個(gè)。物種分類(lèi)顯示,細(xì)菌種類(lèi)隸屬于29門(mén)57綱111目191科485屬,其中優(yōu)勢(shì)類(lèi)群為Gammaproteobacteria和Thermoleophilia,它們的相對(duì)豐度分別為32.68%和26.83%。真菌隸屬于4門(mén)16綱45目78科105屬,優(yōu)勢(shì)類(lèi)群為Ascomycota和Basidiomycota,它們的相對(duì)豐度分別為35.76%和25.90%。土壤中細(xì)菌群落的多樣性和豐富度均高于真菌。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the composition and structure of soil microbial community in the desert steppe of Stipa breviflora in Inner Mongolia, the total DNA was extracted from the soil. The high throughput sequencing technique was used to sequence the 16Sr DNA gene of bacteria and the ITS gene of fungi in soil, and the structure of microbial community in the soil of Stipa breviflora desert steppe was analyzed. The results showed that a total of OTUs13711 bacteria were obtained. The species taxonomy of fungi OTUs 5929.The species classification showed that the bacteria belong to 29 phyla, 57 classes, 111 orders, 191 families and 485 genera, among which the dominant groups were Gammaproteobacteria and Thermoleophilia, their relative abundance were 32.68% and 26.833%, respectively. The fungi belonged to 105 genera, 45 orders, 78 families and 4 phyla, 16 classes, 45 orders, 78 families, respectively. The dominant groups were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota, their relative abundance were 35.76% and 25.90 respectively. The diversity and richness of bacterial communities in soil were higher than that of fungi.
