復(fù)方苦玄參顆粒提取工藝的優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為優(yōu)選復(fù)方苦玄參顆粒的提取工藝。以苦玄參苷IA含苷量為考察指標(biāo),選擇提取次數(shù)、堿提取pH、提取時(shí)間為考察因素,通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)篩選最佳提取工藝。結(jié)果表明,最佳提取工藝為堿提取pH11,提取3次,提取時(shí)間1h。優(yōu)選的提取工藝穩(wěn)定性好,合理可行,可進(jìn)行中試生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the extraction technology of compound Kuxuanshen granules, the optimum extraction technology was selected by orthogonal experiment, with the content of IA glycoside as the index, the extraction times, the pH of alkali extraction, and the extraction time as the investigation factors. The optimum extraction process was pH 11, extraction time 1 h, extraction time 3 times. The optimum extraction process was stable, reasonable and feasible, and could be used in pilot production.
