【摘要】：為探究奶牛靜脈血及臍靜脈血中脂聯(lián)素(adiponectin)、瘦素(leptin)、胰島素樣生長因子1(IGF-1)與犢牛初生體質(zhì)量間的相關(guān)性。選取規(guī)�；B(yǎng)殖場54頭正常分娩奶牛,按犢牛初生體質(zhì)量劃分為A(≤40kg),B(40~45 kg),C(≥45 kg)3組,采集分娩奶牛靜脈血及臍靜脈血,用ELISA方法檢測靜脈血中脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1的表達水平,分析其間的相關(guān)性及與犢牛初生體質(zhì)量的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明,奶牛靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1表達水平兩兩之間均呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),但奶牛靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1表達水平與犢牛初生體質(zhì)量相關(guān)性均不顯著(P0.05);臍靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1表達水平兩兩之間均呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),臍靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1表達水平均隨犢牛初生體質(zhì)量增加而逐漸升高,且分別與犢牛初生體質(zhì)量呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01);奶牛靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1表達水平均極顯著高于臍靜脈血(P0.01),而奶牛靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1的表達水平與臍靜脈血中表達水平相關(guān)性均不顯著(P0.05)。據(jù)此得出,奶牛靜脈血和臍靜脈血中均有脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1表達,奶牛靜脈血中及臍靜脈血中脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1均各自相互協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)揮作用;奶牛靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1均對犢牛初生體質(zhì)量影響不顯著,但臍靜脈血脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1均對犢牛初生體質(zhì)量影響極顯著,該結(jié)果可為進一步研究脂聯(lián)素、瘦素和IGF-1對犢牛初生體質(zhì)量的影響機制奠定基礎(chǔ)。
