梯度增溫對(duì)青藏高原高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳交換的影響

【摘要】:高寒草甸是青藏高原主要的草地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)類型,對(duì)氣候變化非常敏感,研究高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳交換對(duì)升溫的響應(yīng)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在青藏高原中部地區(qū)的高寒草甸,使用開(kāi)頂箱法(open-top chambers,OTCs)設(shè)置不增溫對(duì)照(T_0)以及4個(gè)不同程度的增溫處理(T_1、T_2、T_3、T_4),采用CO_2紅外分析儀對(duì)生長(zhǎng)季期間的碳交換進(jìn)行連續(xù)3年的觀測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,4個(gè)增溫處理的5cm土壤溫度較之于不增溫對(duì)照分別增加1.73(T_1)、1.83(T_2)、3.03(T_3)以及3.53℃(T_4);土壤水分沒(méi)有發(fā)生梯度變化。觀測(cè)期間,凈生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳交換(net ecosystem carbon exchange,NEE)基本為負(fù)值,因此高寒草甸表現(xiàn)為碳匯。增溫小于2℃促進(jìn)總生態(tài)系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)力(gross ecosystem productivity,GEP),但對(duì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)呼吸(ecosystem respiration,ER)影響較小,因而促進(jìn)NEE,即促進(jìn)高寒草甸的碳吸收;但增溫大于3℃則抑制GEP,對(duì)ER影響較小,因而總體上對(duì)NEE產(chǎn)生抑制作用。綜上所述,在高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng),適度增溫促進(jìn)碳吸收,增溫過(guò)度則降低碳吸收。
[Abstract]:Alpine meadow is the main grassland ecosystem in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is very sensitive to climate change. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the response of carbon exchange in alpine meadow ecosystem to temperature rise. Using open-top chambersOTCs) to set up a non-warming control (T _ S0) and four different degrees of heating treatment, the CO_2 infrared analyzer was used to observe the carbon exchange during the growing season for three consecutive years.
