【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)仔豬腹瀉情況爆發(fā)頻繁,給我國(guó)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)造成了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。研究人員在檢測(cè)病原時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)仔豬腹瀉中豬嵴病毒呈現(xiàn)很高的檢出率,這引起了獸醫(yī)研究者的廣泛關(guān)注。文章根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外最新研究資料,首先對(duì)豬嵴病毒病原學(xué)的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了介紹;其次,針對(duì)目前豬嵴病毒流行病學(xué)概況進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)豬嵴病毒流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了討論;再次,對(duì)比豬嵴病毒的幾種診斷方法,探討了各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足;最后,展望了豬嵴病毒的未來(lái)研究趨勢(shì)和方向,希望能為豬嵴病毒的進(jìn)一步研究提供一些有意義的信息。
[Abstract]:In recent years, diarrhea outbreaks frequently in piglets in China, which has caused serious economic losses to the pig industry in China. Researchers found that the detection rate of pig cristae virus in piglets diarrhea was very high when the pathogen was detected. According to the latest research data at home and abroad, this article first introduces the research progress of porcine ridge virus etiology, and secondly, describes the epidemiology of swine ridge virus. The epidemiological characteristics of porcine cristae virus are discussed. Thirdly, the advantages and disadvantages of several diagnostic methods of swine cristae virus are discussed. Finally, the future research trend and direction of porcine cristae virus are prospected. It is hoped that some useful information can be provided for the further study of porcine cristae virus.
