基礎(chǔ)飼糧類型對生長豬豆粕回腸氨基酸消化率評定的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在使用線性回歸法和差量法研究基礎(chǔ)飼糧類型對生長豬氨基酸回腸真消化率(TID)的影響。選用32頭初始體重為(28.9±0.7)kg安裝了簡單T型瘺管的生長公豬,采用有重復(fù)的8×2不完全拉丁方設(shè)計,8種試驗飼糧,進行2期消化試驗。8種試驗飼糧包括2種基礎(chǔ)飼糧類型(玉米淀粉組和玉米組)和4種豆粕添加水平(0,13%,26%和39%)。每期消化試驗包含7d,其中5d的飼糧適應(yīng)期和2d的回腸食糜收集期。結(jié)果表明,除賴氨酸、精氨酸和脯氨酸外,以玉米為主的基礎(chǔ)飼糧中回腸總氮和氨基酸排泄量顯著高于以玉米淀粉為主的基礎(chǔ)飼糧(P0.01)。除脯氨酸外,生長豬回腸總氮和氨基酸排泄量隨飼糧豆粕添加水平提高呈線性顯著增加(P0.01)。使用差量法測定氨基酸TID時,以玉米為主基礎(chǔ)飼糧中總氮和甘氨酸的TID顯著高于以玉米淀粉為主的基礎(chǔ)飼糧(P0.05),但玉米淀粉為主的基礎(chǔ)飼糧中蛋氨酸和賴氨酸TID顯著高于玉米為主的基礎(chǔ)飼糧(P0.05),基礎(chǔ)飼糧類型對其他氨基酸TID無顯著影響(P0.05)。使用線性回歸法測定氨基酸TID時,生長豬飼喂以玉米淀粉為主的基礎(chǔ)飼糧和以玉米為主的基礎(chǔ)飼糧對總氮和氨基酸的TID均無顯著差異(P0.05)。由此可見,生長豬對總氮和氨基酸TID的測定不受基礎(chǔ)飼糧類型的影響。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to use linear regression method and difference method based on the type of diet for growing pigs of true ileal digestibility of amino acids (TID). The effect of using 32 head initial body weight (28.9 + 0.7) kg installed growingboars simple type T fistula, with repeat 8 * 2 incomplete Latin square design. The 8 test diets, 2 kinds of.8 digestion test diets including 2 diet types (corn starch and corn group group) and 4 levels (0,13%, 26% soybean meal and 39%). Each digestion test contains 7d, the 5D diet adaptation period and 2D period of ileal digesta were collected. The results showed that in addition, lysine, arginine and proline, total nitrogen and ileal amino acid excretion in the basal diet of corn based diet was significantly higher than that of corn starch based (P0.01). Except for proline, with soybean meal diet add water to grow pig ileum total nitrogen and amino acid excretion Improvement linearly increased significantly (P0.01). Using differential method for the determination of amino acids in corn TID, total nitrogen and glycine basal diet TID was significantly higher than that of the basal diet with corn starch based (P0.05), but the basal diet of corn starch mainly in methionine and lysine TID were significantly higher than that of corn based diets. The (P0.05), basal diet had no significant effect on other types of amino acid TID (P0.05). Using the linear regression method for determination of amino acids of TID, there were no significant differences in basal diet of growing pigs fed with corn starch and the corn based diet on total nitrogen and amino acids of TID (P0.05). Thus, the growth of pigs determination of total nitrogen and amino acid of TID was not affected by diet type.
