【摘要】：貓下泌尿道疾病是指發(fā)生在貓的膀胱和尿道的疾病,包括膀胱結(jié)石、尿道結(jié)石、膀胱炎等多種疾病。導(dǎo)致貓下泌尿道疾病發(fā)病的因素有很多,它不單是指一種疾病的名稱(chēng),而是指多種疾病同時(shí)發(fā)生的總稱(chēng)。該病發(fā)病時(shí)會(huì)存在多種臨床表現(xiàn)。膀胱炎和尿道炎的臨床癥狀包括血尿、排尿困難、排尿時(shí)帶有疼痛的感覺(jué)等。膀胱結(jié)石和尿道結(jié)石等阻塞性疾病的貓的臨床癥狀包括精神沉郁、尿閉、尿痛、排尿時(shí)呻吟、舔舐生殖器等。貓下泌尿道疾病的發(fā)病會(huì)對(duì)貓的健康造成很大的威脅,臨床中有很大部分的貓來(lái)醫(yī)院就診是因?yàn)檫@類(lèi)疾病。因此,通過(guò)對(duì)貓下泌尿道疾病的發(fā)病原因和診斷與治療方法的研究,可以為臨床中如何診斷和治療該病提供參考。本文共收集貓下泌尿道疾病的相關(guān)病例42例。通過(guò)對(duì)這些病例診斷和治療過(guò)程的統(tǒng)計(jì)整理與分析,系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)出貓下泌尿道疾病的診斷方法和治療方法,并對(duì)其做出客觀評(píng)價(jià)。診斷方法主要通過(guò)臨床基礎(chǔ)檢查、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查和影像學(xué)檢查相互結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行。治療方法主要采取保守的治療方法和手術(shù)的治療方法。保守治療針對(duì)沒(méi)有發(fā)生阻塞的病例,如膀胱炎、尿道炎和尿路感染等。手術(shù)療法針對(duì)已經(jīng)發(fā)生尿道阻塞或者部分尿道阻塞的病例,例如膀胱結(jié)石和尿路結(jié)石等。保守治療主要采取導(dǎo)尿、抗生素治療、改善飼養(yǎng)管理和飼喂處方糧酸化尿液的方式進(jìn)行。由于發(fā)病部位的不同,手術(shù)療法采取不同的手術(shù)方式,例如膀胱切開(kāi)手術(shù)、尿道切開(kāi)手術(shù)和尿道造口手術(shù)等。本文通過(guò)對(duì)42例病例的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),保守療法共治療22例,治愈12例,治愈率為55%,手術(shù)治療20例,治愈19例,治愈率為95%。保守療法的治愈率比手術(shù)療法的治愈率低,但是手術(shù)療法需要承擔(dān)麻醉的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),損傷也比較大。因此在治療貓下泌尿道疾病時(shí),應(yīng)該在通過(guò)合理的診斷方法判斷疾病的嚴(yán)重程度后,再選取合適的方法進(jìn)行治療。
[Abstract]:Feline lower urinary tract disorders that occur in the cat's bladder and urinary tract diseases, including bladder stones, urinary stones, inflammation and other diseases. There are many factors that lead to urinary tract disease of the cat, it not only refers to the name of a disease, but refers to a variety of diseases of the disease at the same time. When there will be a variety of clinical manifestations. The clinical symptoms of cystitis and urethritis include hematuria, dysuria, micturition with the feeling of pain. The clinical symptoms of vesical calculus and obstructive diseases of cats include depression, anuria, urinary pain, urination, groan, licking the genital. Therefore, the feline lower urinary tract disease etiology and diagnosis and treatment methods. Study how to diagnose and provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease. 42 cases were collected in the feline lower urinary tract disease. By analyzing these cases the diagnosis and treatment of the collation and analysis, summarize the diagnosis and treatment methods of feline lower urinary tract disease of the system, and to make an objective evaluation the main diagnostic methods. Through clinical basic examination combined with each other, laboratory examination and imaging examination. The treatment method mainly adopts the methods of treatment and conservative surgery. Conservative treatment for no disease cases, obstruction such as cystitis, urethritis and urinary tract infection. Surgical therapy for urethral obstruction or has occurred partial urethral obstruction cases, such as bladder stones and urinary calculi. Conservative treatment mainly by catheterization, antibiotic treatment, improve feeding and feeding prescription of acid By the way of urine. The incidence of the different parts, take different surgical operation therapy, such as bladder incision, incision of urethra and urethral stoma surgery. According to the statistical analysis found that in 42 cases, 22 patients were treated with conservative therapy, 12 cases were cured, the cure rate was 55%, 20 cases of surgical treatment, 19 cases were cured, the cure rate was 95%., the cure rate of conservative therapy than surgical therapy cure rate is low, but need to bear the risk of surgical therapy of anesthesia, the damage is relatively large. Therefore, in the treatment of feline lower urinary tract disease, should be in by the severity of diagnosis methods determine the disease, then select the appropriate the methods of treatment.
