【摘要】:在畜牧業(yè)的生產(chǎn)中,常常需要在飼料中添加一些抗生素以降低家禽及牲畜的發(fā)病率,提高出欄率和商品率。其中磺胺類藥物因抗菌譜廣、使用方便、價格低廉,在實際生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。但是如果使用不當(dāng)或過度使用,則會引起細(xì)菌對于磺胺類藥物的耐藥性,同時在下游產(chǎn)品中引起殘留,危害人體健康。隨著2011年的“瘦肉精事件”的影響,人們對食品安全問題越發(fā)地重視,磺胺類藥物的殘留也成為國家重點監(jiān)控的對象之一。磺胺類藥物殘留的檢測方法也成為大家研究的熱點,其中液相色譜法是最為廣泛使用的方法之一。而隨著色譜填料技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,一批新型的色譜填料迅速涌現(xiàn),極大的方便了磺胺類藥物殘留快速準(zhǔn)確的檢測。采用新技術(shù)、新方法優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)方法,可有效提高效率、降低成本,擴大檢測范圍和檢測能力。本文共分五部分,第一部分主要概述了磺胺類藥物的基本情況及藥物殘留的危害及現(xiàn)狀,第二部分主要綜述了近年來磺胺類藥物殘留的分析方法研究概況,第三部分采用了新型的殼核型色譜填料開發(fā)了快速測定9種磺胺類藥物液相方法,第四部分采用了新開發(fā)的液相方法對飼料中9種磺胺類藥物殘留的進行測定并進行方法學(xué)研究,第五部分對新技術(shù)應(yīng)用在傳統(tǒng)方法上的前景作了展望。
[Abstract]:In the production of animal husbandry, it is often necessary to add some antibiotics to the feed to reduce the morbidity of poultry and livestock, and to increase the rate of production of livestock and livestock, among which sulfonamides are cheap because of their wide antibacterial spectrum, ease of use and low price. It is widely used in actual production. But if it is misused or overused, it can lead to bacterial resistance to sulfanilamides and residues in downstream products. Harm to human health. With the impact of the "lean meatine incident" in 2011, people are paying more and more attention to food safety issues. The residue of sulfanilamides has also become one of the objects of national key monitoring. The detection method of sulfonamide residues has also become a hot research topic. Among them, liquid chromatography is one of the most widely used methods. With the continuous development of chromatographic packing technology, a number of new chromatographic fillers emerge rapidly, which greatly facilitates the rapid and accurate detection of sulfanilamide residues. The new method can effectively improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, expand the detection range and detection ability. The first part summarizes the basic situation of sulfanilamides and the harm and present situation of the drug residues. In the second part, the methods for the analysis of sulfanilamide residues in recent years were reviewed. In the third part, a rapid liquid phase method for the determination of 9 sulfonamides was developed by using a novel shell karyotype chromatographic filler. In part 4th, the newly developed liquid phase method was used to determine the residues of 9 sulfonamides in feed and the methodological study was carried out. In part 5th, the prospect of the application of the new technology in the traditional methods was prospected.
