近交對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊重要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀的影響

【摘要】:本研究旨在估計(jì)內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊種羊場(chǎng)羊群近交水平及近交對(duì)其重要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀的影響。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)全部采集于內(nèi)蒙古絨山羊種羊場(chǎng)23年(1990-2012)的系譜和生產(chǎn)性能記錄。研究性狀包括產(chǎn)絨量、絨長(zhǎng)度、絨細(xì)度、妊娠期、產(chǎn)羔數(shù)、出生重、斷奶重、周歲重和成年重。試驗(yàn)運(yùn)用了兩個(gè)不同的模型(包含和不包含近交系數(shù))來(lái)調(diào)查近交對(duì)表型值、遺傳參數(shù)和估計(jì)育種值的影響。結(jié)果表明,全群平均近交系數(shù)為4.01%(0-35.94%),年平均增長(zhǎng)率為0.32%。產(chǎn)絨量和絨長(zhǎng)度在低水平近交時(shí)隨著近交增大而增大,但當(dāng)近交系數(shù)分別高于12.5%和4.4%后二者開(kāi)始下降。然而絨細(xì)度卻隨著近交的增大越來(lái)越細(xì)。妊娠期和產(chǎn)羔數(shù)不受近交影響。對(duì)于出生重和成年重,二次與一次效應(yīng)均顯著,回歸系數(shù)分別為0.0003與-0.0021和0.0116與-0.1557。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著近交系數(shù)每增加1%,斷奶重和周歲重分別顯著降低0.0231kg和0.0353kg。此外,對(duì)所有性狀而言遺傳參數(shù)和育種值的估計(jì)并不會(huì)因?yàn)槟P椭幸虢欢l(fā)生改變。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to estimate the level of sheep inbreeding in Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat Farm and the influence of inbreeding on its important economic characters. All the data were collected from the pedigree and production performance record of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat Farm for 23 years (1990-2012). The traits include cashmere yield, Velvet length, velvet fineness, pregnancy, lambs, birth weight, weaning weight, annual weight and adult weight. Two different models (including and without inbreeding lines) were used to investigate the phenotypic values of inbreeding pairs. The results showed that the average inbreeding coefficient of the whole population was 4.01 ~ 35.94, and the annual average growth rate was 0.32. The yield and length of cashmere increased with the increase of inbreeding at low level. However, when the number of inbred lines was higher than 12.5% and 4.4%, respectively, both of them began to decrease. However, the velvet fineness increased with the increase of inbreeding. The pregnancy and lambs were not affected by inbreeding. For birth weight and adult weight, the secondary and primary effects were significant. The regression coefficients were 0.0003 and -0.0021 and 0.0116 and -0.1557 respectively. It was found that the weaning weight and annual weight decreased by 0.0231 kg and 0.0353 kg respectively with the increase of inbred lines. For all traits, the estimation of genetic parameters and breeding values will not change due to the introduction of inbreeding in the model.
