冬季八層層疊式籠養(yǎng)雞舍環(huán)境質(zhì)量測(cè)定與分析

【摘要】:【目的】試驗(yàn)旨在對(duì)八層層疊式籠養(yǎng)密閉式雞舍冬季環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行測(cè)定和分析,為層疊式籠養(yǎng)密閉式雞舍環(huán)境控制提供依據(jù)!痉椒ā渴褂铆h(huán)境智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和粉塵采樣器每天6:00-8:00、12:00-14:00和18:00-20:00測(cè)定八層層疊式籠養(yǎng)密閉式雞舍水平和垂直方向上不同位置的環(huán)境質(zhì)量參數(shù)(溫度、相對(duì)濕度、風(fēng)速、光照強(qiáng)度、CO_2濃度、粉塵濃度、氨氣濃度和PM10)。【結(jié)果】在采取側(cè)窗進(jìn)風(fēng)、縱向通風(fēng)的通風(fēng)模式下,冬季八層層疊式籠養(yǎng)蛋雞舍內(nèi)平均溫度、相對(duì)濕度、風(fēng)速和光照強(qiáng)度分別為19.11℃、52.02%、0.25 m/s和34.00 lx,空氣中平均二氧化碳濃度、粉塵濃度、氨氣濃度和PM_(10)分別是2083.22 mg/m~3、2.85 mg/m~3、1.04 mg/m~3和26.01μg/m~3。不同測(cè)定點(diǎn)之間環(huán)境質(zhì)量存在差異,從濕簾端到風(fēng)機(jī)端雞舍溫度、二氧化碳濃度、氨氣濃度、粉塵濃度和PM_(10)濃度呈逐漸增大的趨勢(shì),上層測(cè)定點(diǎn)H_(3.80m)、H_(4.50m)和H_(5.10m)的溫度、二氧化碳濃度和氨氣濃度顯著高于下層測(cè)定點(diǎn)H_(0.60m)、H_(1.30m)和H_(1.90m)。相關(guān)分析結(jié)果表明,風(fēng)速與溫度、二氧化碳濃度、氨氣濃度、粉塵濃度呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān),溫度與氨氣濃度呈顯著正相關(guān)!窘Y(jié)論】冬季八層層疊式籠養(yǎng)雞舍內(nèi)不同位置環(huán)境質(zhì)量參數(shù)存在差異,環(huán)境質(zhì)量基本符合《畜禽場(chǎng)環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(NY/T 388-1999)。
