復(fù)方中藥對肉雞生長性能、免疫器官指數(shù)及肉質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:為研究飼糧中添加復(fù)方中藥對肉雞生長性能、免疫器官指數(shù)、雞肉品質(zhì)的影響,選用1日齡AA肉雞320羽,按試驗要求隨機分為4組,每組設(shè)4個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)20羽。Ⅰ組為對照組,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ組為試驗組,飼糧中分別添加復(fù)方中藥0.5%、1.0%、1.5%,試驗期為42 d。試驗結(jié)果表明:各試驗組與對照組相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ組的平均日增質(zhì)量、飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率均顯著高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅲ與Ⅳ組差異不顯著(P0.05);各試驗組肉雞的免疫器官指數(shù)與對照組相比均有所提高,但差異不顯著(P0.05);各試驗組與對照組相比,肌肉紅度(a*)顯著提高(P0.05),肌肉亮度(L*)、黃度(b*)、剪切力差異不顯著(P0.05),滴水損失率、蒸煮損失率顯著降低(P0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ組的p H24 h值下降速度顯著降低(P0.05)?梢,飼糧中添加復(fù)方中藥可提高肉雞生長性能和免疫器官指數(shù),改善雞肉品質(zhì),添加量以1%為宜。
