脂肪發(fā)育相關(guān)lncRNA的研究進展

【摘要】:提高肉品質(zhì)已成為當(dāng)前家畜遺傳育種的重要目標(biāo)。肌內(nèi)脂肪含量與肉的嫩度、大理石花紋和風(fēng)味密切相關(guān)。脂肪的過度沉積不僅影響肉品質(zhì),而且與人類的各種疾病密切相關(guān)。脂肪的生成非常復(fù)雜,受多種轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控因子、作用通路以及調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)的共同作用。長鏈非編碼RNA(lncRNA)是新發(fā)現(xiàn)的一類參與大量重要生物學(xué)功能的長度大于200個核苷酸的RNA分子,在調(diào)控脂肪發(fā)育過程中扮演著重要角色。本文主要就lncRNA特點、功能及國內(nèi)外報道的與脂肪發(fā)育相關(guān)lncRNA的研究進展進行綜述,以期為動物脂肪發(fā)育的調(diào)控機制研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Improving meat quality has become an important goal in animal genetics and breeding. Intramuscular fat content is closely related to meat tenderness, marbling and flavor. Excessive fat deposition not only affects meat quality, but also improves meat quality. And it's closely related to all kinds of diseases in humans. Fat production is very complex and is regulated by a variety of transcriptional regulators. Long chain noncoding RNAs (LNRNAs) are a newly discovered class of RNA molecules with a length of more than 200 nucleotides involved in a large number of important biological functions. This article reviews the characteristics and functions of lncRNA and the research progress of lncRNA related to adipose development reported at home and abroad in order to provide reference for the study of the regulation mechanism of animal adipose development.
