高寒草甸土壤微生物群落功能多樣性對(duì)廣布弓背蟻蟻丘擾動(dòng)的響應(yīng)

【摘要】:為了解螞蟻在高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的功能和作用,評(píng)估和認(rèn)識(shí)高寒草甸生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的健康狀況和穩(wěn)定性,利用Biolog-ECO生態(tài)板法對(duì)蟻丘干擾后高寒草甸土壤理化性質(zhì)以及土壤微生物功能多樣性進(jìn)行研究分析,結(jié)果表明,1)蟻丘擾動(dòng)后0~10cm土層土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、速效氮、速效磷、速效鉀含量均顯著高于蟻丘10~20cm土層(P0.05),而蟻丘擾動(dòng)與土層深度的交互作用對(duì)理化性質(zhì)均無顯著影響(P0.05);2)蟻丘干擾后高寒草甸土壤微生物多樣性指數(shù)(Shannon-Weiner指數(shù)、Pielou指數(shù)、McIntosh指數(shù)和底物碳源利用數(shù))有所增加;3)主成分分析表明蟻丘干擾對(duì)土壤微生物功能多樣性產(chǎn)生了影響,改變了微生物代謝功能特征,土壤微生物利用的主要碳源是碳水化合物、氨基酸類和羧酸類;4)冗余分析表明土壤養(yǎng)分影響土壤微生物碳源代謝特征和功能。因此,由于螞蟻的挖掘活動(dòng)、有機(jī)質(zhì)的累積等改變了蟻丘土壤微環(huán)境,進(jìn)而改變了土壤微生物的碳源利用類型和代謝功能。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the function and function of ants in alpine meadow ecosystem, assess and understand the health status and stability of alpine meadow ecosystem. The physical and chemical properties of alpine meadow soil and the diversity of soil microbial function were studied by Biolog-ECO ecological plate method. The results showed that the soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen and available phosphorus in 0 ~ 10 cm soil layer after disturbance of ant mound were studied. The available potassium content was significantly higher than that in 1020cm soil layer of ant mound, but the interaction between ant mound disturbance and soil depth had no significant effect on physical and chemical properties of Alpine Meadow soil (P0.05 / 2).) the Shannon-Weiner index and Pielou index (McIntosh index) of alpine meadow soil after ant mound disturbance had no significant effect on physical and chemical properties. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that mound interference had an effect on soil microbial functional diversity. The main carbon sources used by soil microorganisms are carbohydrates, amino acids and carboxylic acids) redundancy analysis shows that soil nutrients affect the metabolic characteristics and functions of soil microbial carbon sources. The accumulation of organic matter changed the soil microenvironment of ant mound, and then changed the carbon source utilization type and metabolic function of soil microorganism.
