飼糧添加α-酮戊二酸對生長豬氮及鈣、磷代謝的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究低蛋白質(zhì)飼糧添加α-酮戊二酸(α-ketoglutarate,AKG)對生長豬氮以及鈣、磷代謝的影響。試驗選用初始體重為(34.98±2.18)kg的健康三元雜交(杜×長×大)豬18頭,按體重相近、性別比例相同原則隨機分為3組,每組6個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)1頭。各組AKG的添加水平分別為0(對照組)、1%和2%。先進(jìn)行為期14 d的飼養(yǎng)試驗,觀察生長性能;然后進(jìn)行消化代謝試驗,試驗期為7 d,前5 d為預(yù)試期,后2 d為糞尿收集期(全收糞法)。結(jié)果表明:1)1%AKG添加組有改善35~45 kg生長豬生長性能的趨勢,具體表現(xiàn)為提高平均日增重(P=0.194 2)和平均日采食量(P=0.258 3),降低料重比(P=0.419 7)。2)隨著AKG添加水平提高,尿氮含量有下降趨勢(P=0.143 2),糞氮、總氮含量及總氮排放率極顯著降低(P0.01),氮表觀消化率和蛋白質(zhì)凈利用率極顯著提高(P0.01)。與對照組相比,1%與2%AKG添加組尿氮含量分別降低了13.31%和41.88%,糞氮含量分別降低了18.73%和54.69%,總氮排放率分別降低了20.57%和50.00%,氮表觀消化率分別提高了2.60%和6.32%,蛋白質(zhì)凈利用率分別提高了2.68%和6.51%。3)2%AKG添加組鈣食入量、糞鈣和糞磷含量顯著低于對照組(P0.05),而鈣表觀消化率和磷表觀消化率卻顯著高于對照組(P0.05);尿鈣和尿磷含量有低于其他各組的趨勢,但各組間差異不顯著(P0.05)。由此可見,在35~45 kg的生長豬飼糧中添加1%~2%AKG可有效降低機體氮、鈣、磷排放,提高氮及鈣、磷的利用率和日增重。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of 偽 -ketoglutarate (偽 -ketoglutarate AKG) on nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus metabolism in growing pigs. Eighteen pigs with initial weight of 34.98 鹵2.18kg were selected for the experiment. The principle of the same sex ratio was randomly divided into 3 groups, 6 replicates in each group and 1 repeat in each group. The levels of AKG supplementation in each group were 0 (control group 1% and 2% respectively). A 14-day feeding experiment was conducted to observe the growth performance. Then the digestion and metabolism test was carried out. The trial period was 7 days, the first 5 days was the pre-test period, and the latter 2 days was the fecal and urine collection period. The results showed that the growth performance of 35 45 kg growing pigs was improved in the addition group of 1: 1 + 1 AKG. The results showed that the average daily gain was increased by 0.1942) and the average daily feed intake was increased by 0.2583N, and the ratio of feed to weight was decreased by P0. 4197U. 2) with the increase of AKG addition level, the urinary nitrogen content tended to decrease, and the fecal nitrogen content decreased with the increase of AKG addition level. Total nitrogen content and total nitrogen emission rate decreased significantly (P 0.01), apparent nitrogen digestibility and protein net utilization ratio increased significantly. Compared with control group, urine nitrogen content of 1% and 2AKG addition group decreased by 13.31% and 41.88%, and fecal nitrogen content decreased by 18.73%, respectively. The total nitrogen emission rate decreased by 20.57% and 50.005, the apparent nitrogen digestibility increased by 2.60% and 6.32, and the net protein utilization rate increased by 2.68% and 6.51, respectively. The contents of fecal calcium and fecal phosphorus were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 0.05), but the apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 0.05), and the urinary calcium and phosphorus contents were lower than those of the other groups, but the differences among the groups were not significant. The nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus emission, nitrogen and calcium, phosphorus utilization and daily gain were significantly decreased by adding 1 + 2 AKG to the growth pig diet of 35 ~ 45 kg.
