【摘要】:目的了解和分析內(nèi)蒙古肝包蟲高發(fā)區(qū)犬羊感染及控制的情況。方法根據(jù)前期調(diào)查確定內(nèi)蒙古5個(gè)肝包蟲高發(fā)區(qū),給犬登記管理,定時(shí)發(fā)放驅(qū)蟲藥,定時(shí)采集犬糞做糞抗原檢測,1犬對應(yīng)1份犬糞,統(tǒng)計(jì)犬患病率。在每個(gè)市旗縣區(qū)選擇1~2個(gè)屠宰場檢測宰殺的羊,通過視覺觀察,手的觸摸,切開包囊的方法檢查羊的臟器,重點(diǎn)是肝臟。結(jié)果 2012年檢測犬糞11 671份,結(jié)果肝包蟲感染陽性率為2.74%;檢查羊10 169只,檢出肝包蟲陽性率為0.86%;2013年檢查犬糞12 504份,肝包蟲陽性率1.93%,檢查羊5 930只,陽性率0.61%;2014年檢查犬糞11 577份,肝包蟲陽性率為0.74%,檢查羊7 380只,陽性率為0.58%。結(jié)論內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)是肝包蟲高發(fā)區(qū),牛羊是肝包蟲病的重要傳播途徑,加強(qiáng)犬羊的管理,定時(shí)為犬羊驅(qū)蟲,是有效控制包蟲病的流行方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand and analyze the situation of canine and sheep infection and control in the high incidence area of liver hydatid in Inner Mongolia. Methods according to the previous investigation, 5 areas with high incidence of hepatic hydatid in Inner Mongolia were determined, the dogs were registered and managed, and insect repellent drugs were issued regularly. Collecting dog dung regularly to detect the fecal antigen of a dog corresponds to 1 dog dung, and counting the prevalence of dog feces. Select 1 to 2 slaughterhouses to detect slaughtered sheep in each city and county, and check the viscera of the sheep by visual observation, hand touch, and incision of the capsule. Results 11,671 canine feces were detected in 2012, and the positive rate of hepatic hydatid infection was 2.74. 10,169 sheep were examined and the positive rate of hepatic hydatid was 0.86. In 2013, 12,504 canine feces were examined, the positive rate of hepatic hydatid was 1.93 and 5,930 sheep were examined. In 2014, 11 577 canine feces were examined, the positive rate of hepatic hydatid was 0.74 and 7 380 sheep were examined, the positive rate was 0.58.Conclusion Inner Mongolia is a high incidence area of hepatic hydatid, cattle and sheep are the important transmission way of liver hydatid disease, and the management of dog and sheep should be strengthened. It is one of the effective methods to control hydatid disease.
