【摘要】：抗生素殘留一直是威脅食品安全的重大問題,為了解銀川地區(qū)牛乳中抗生素殘留情況,采用間接競爭酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA),對銀川地區(qū)部分養(yǎng)殖場和超市共計350份乳樣進(jìn)行了頭孢類藥物和慶大霉素殘留的檢測。結(jié)果顯示,來自養(yǎng)殖場的200份乳樣中,有4份樣品的頭孢類藥物檢測結(jié)果不合格,5份樣品的慶大霉素檢測結(jié)果不合格,分別占檢測樣品的2%和2.5%。來自超市的150份乳樣中,有3份樣品的頭孢類藥物檢測結(jié)果不合格,2份樣品的慶大霉素檢測結(jié)果不合格,分別占檢測樣品的2%和1.3%。說明在銀川地區(qū)部分養(yǎng)殖場和超市的牛乳中均存在頭孢類藥物和慶大霉素殘留超標(biāo)的問題。
[Abstract]:Antibiotic residues have always been a major threat to food safety. In order to understand the situation of antibiotic residues in milk of Yinchuan area, Indirect competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used to detect the residues of cephalosporins and gentamicin in 350 milk samples from some farms and supermarkets in Yinchuan area. Four samples of cephalosporins were unqualified and five samples of gentamicin were unqualified, accounting for 2% and 2.5% of the tested samples, respectively. Three samples of cephalosporins were unqualified and two samples of gentamicin were unqualified. 2% and 1.3% of the samples were detected, respectively. The results showed that the residue of cephalosporins and gentamicin exceeded the standard in milk of some farms and supermarkets in Yinchuan area.
