【摘要】：為了研究根皮素對LPS誘導的小鼠乳腺組織的炎癥變化,并證明根皮素對乳腺炎具有保護作用,試驗應用乳導管內灌注LPS建立小鼠乳腺炎模型,進行H.E.染色、ELISA檢測、Western-blott檢測和髓過氧化物酶(MPO)檢測等研究根皮素對乳腺組織的保護作用。結果表明:LPS能使乳腺組織產生病理學損傷,促進白細胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白細胞介素-6(IL-6)和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)的產生,增加組織MPO活性,增強NF-κB信號通路蛋白的表達,而根皮素能夠抑制LPS誘導的小鼠乳腺組織的炎癥變化。說明根皮素對LPS誘導的小鼠乳腺炎具有一定保護作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the inflammatory changes of mastitis induced by LPS in mice, and to prove that it has protective effect on mastitis, the model of mastitis in mice was established by intraductal infusion of LPS. Western-blott assay and myeloperoxidase (MPO) assay were used to study the protective effect of phylloderin on breast tissue. To promote the production of interleukin-1 尾 (IL-1 尾), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽), increase the activity of tissue MPO, and enhance the expression of NF- 魏 B signaling pathway protein. The phloidin could inhibit the inflammation of mammary gland tissue induced by LPS, which indicated that it had a protective effect on mastitis induced by LPS.
