【摘要】：為了研究根皮素對(duì)LPS誘導(dǎo)的小鼠乳腺組織的炎癥變化,并證明根皮素對(duì)乳腺炎具有保護(hù)作用,試驗(yàn)應(yīng)用乳導(dǎo)管內(nèi)灌注LPS建立小鼠乳腺炎模型,進(jìn)行H.E.染色、ELISA檢測(cè)、Western-blott檢測(cè)和髓過(guò)氧化物酶(MPO)檢測(cè)等研究根皮素對(duì)乳腺組織的保護(hù)作用。結(jié)果表明:LPS能使乳腺組織產(chǎn)生病理學(xué)損傷,促進(jìn)白細(xì)胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)的產(chǎn)生,增加組織MPO活性,增強(qiáng)NF-κB信號(hào)通路蛋白的表達(dá),而根皮素能夠抑制LPS誘導(dǎo)的小鼠乳腺組織的炎癥變化。說(shuō)明根皮素對(duì)LPS誘導(dǎo)的小鼠乳腺炎具有一定保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the inflammatory changes of mastitis induced by LPS in mice, and to prove that it has protective effect on mastitis, the model of mastitis in mice was established by intraductal infusion of LPS. Western-blott assay and myeloperoxidase (MPO) assay were used to study the protective effect of phylloderin on breast tissue. To promote the production of interleukin-1 尾 (IL-1 尾), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽), increase the activity of tissue MPO, and enhance the expression of NF- 魏 B signaling pathway protein. The phloidin could inhibit the inflammation of mammary gland tissue induced by LPS, which indicated that it had a protective effect on mastitis induced by LPS.
