【摘要】：【目的】為調(diào)查兔大型艾美爾球蟲四川株的致病性和免疫原性�！痉椒ā勘狙芯坷脤�(shí)驗(yàn)室分離到的大型艾美爾球蟲四川株進(jìn)行了動物感染試驗(yàn)�！窘Y(jié)果】5×10~3和5×10~4個卵囊組的SPF兔在接種后第4~9天,出現(xiàn)輕微的食欲減少癥狀;5×10~5組在接種后第6~8天持續(xù)中度腹瀉,第8天體重與對照組有明顯差異(P≤0.05),但均無死亡現(xiàn)象。感染劑量為5×10~3時卵囊產(chǎn)量最多,為2.31×10~8;免疫原性實(shí)驗(yàn)中,7×10~5個卵囊攻毒后,5×10~3卵囊免疫組卵囊排出最少,為6.28×10~4,各組體重與對照組相比無明顯差異�！窘Y(jié)論】大型艾美爾球蟲四川株致病性較弱,但免疫原性良好,可作為兔球蟲疫苗的備選組分。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the pathogenicity and immunogenicity of Sichuan strain of large Eimeria rabbit. [methods] the animal infection test was carried out by using Sichuan strain isolated from laboratory. [results] 5 脳 10 ~ 3 and 5 脳 10 ~ 4 eggs were obtained. The SPF rabbits in the capsule group were inoculated on the 4th and 9th day after inoculation. Moderate diarrhea continued on the 6th day after inoculation in the 5 脳 10 ~ (5) group with mild appetite loss symptoms.
