【摘要】:本文通過三個實驗來研究功能性添加劑:GAB A (γ-Aminobutyric acid,即γ-氨基丁酸)、DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid,即二十二碳 六烯酸)和ALA (α-Linolenic acid,即α-亞麻酸,十八碳三烯酸)對蛋雞的產蛋性能和雞蛋品質的影響。實驗一:GABA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋品質的影響本實驗旨在研究GABA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋的品質的影響。選取300日齡的海蘭褐蛋雞384只,隨機分為2個處理,每個處理3個重復,每個重復64只:對照組飼喂基礎日糧,實驗組添加0.1%的GABA,試驗期42天。結果表明:1)日糧中添加GABA可以在1-2周、5-6周時顯著提高了蛋雞的日采食量以及在試驗全期均顯著降低了料蛋比(P0.05)。2)添加GABA可以顯著提高蛋重、蛋殼重,顯著降低蛋形指數(shù)、蛋黃重(P0.05)。3)在蛋雞日糧中添加GABA可以顯著提高血清白蛋白含量。4)添加GABA可以顯著降低蛋雞的臟器指數(shù)。5)添加GABA對蛋黃脂肪酸及膽固醇、甘油三酯無顯著影響。由此可知,在蛋雞日糧中添加0.1%的GABA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋品質均有所提高。本文通過三個實驗來研究功能性添加劑:GAB A (γ-Aminobutyric acid,即γ-氨基丁酸)、DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid,即二十二碳 六烯酸)和ALA (α-Linolenic acid,即α-亞麻酸,十八碳三烯酸)對蛋雞的產蛋性能和雞蛋品質的影響。實驗一:GABA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋品質的影響本實驗旨在研究GABA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋的品質的影響。選取300日齡的海蘭褐蛋雞384只,隨機分為2個處理,每個處理3個重復,每個重復64只:對照組飼喂基礎日糧,實驗組添加0.1%的GABA,試驗期42天。結果表明:1)日糧中添加GABA可以在1-2周、5-6周時顯著提高了蛋雞的日采食量以及在試驗全期均顯著降低了料蛋比(P0.05)。2)添加GABA可以顯著提高蛋重、蛋殼重,顯著降低蛋形指數(shù)、蛋黃重(P0.05)。3)在蛋雞日糧中添加GABA可以顯著提高血清白蛋白含量。4)添加GABA可以顯著降低蛋雞的臟器指數(shù)。5)添加GABA對蛋黃脂肪酸及膽固醇、甘油三酯無顯著影響。由此可知,在蛋雞日糧中添加0.1%的GABA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋品質均有所提高。實驗二:DHA、ALA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋品質的影響本實驗旨在研究DHA、ALA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋的品質的影響。選取300日齡海蘭褐蛋雞576只,隨機分為3個處理,每個處理3個重復,每個重復64只:對照組飼喂基礎日糧,實驗組添加0.2%的DHA和0.2%的ALA,試驗期42天。結果表明:1)兩種添加劑的蛋雞產蛋率都沒有較為顯著的變化(P0.05),兩種處理都能在一定程度上提高日采食量,添加DHA的料蛋比低于添加 ALA的料蛋比。2)添加ALA的蛋重變化顯著提高(P0.05),添加DHA能減少蛋黃沉積以及促進Ca、P的吸收。3)添加DHA及ALA可以顯著降低血清的甘油三酯(P0.05),其余血清指標無顯著變化(P0.05)。4)添加DHA及ALA可以顯著降低蛋雞的肝臟指數(shù)(P0.05)。5)添加DHA及ALA的雞蛋的PUFA的含量均有顯著提高(P0.05)。添加DHA比添加ALA更能顯著增加蛋黃中的二十二碳六烯酸,更具降低膽固醇等作用。兩個添加組均能顯著增加n-3PUFA的含量(P0.05),并且添加DHA及ALA均能降低n-6/n-3的比值。6)添加DHA及ALA都可以顯著降低蛋黃中的TC和TG值(P0.05)。由此可知,在蛋雞日糧中添加0.2%DHA及0.2%ALA對蛋雞產蛋性能和雞蛋品質均有所提高。
[Abstract]:This article studies the functional additives through three experiments: GAB A (gamma -Aminobutyric acid, namely gamma aminobutyric acid (Docosahexaenoic), DHA acid, twenty-two C six acid) and ALA (alpha -Linolenic acid, alpha linolenic acid, eighteen carbon three acid) on the laying performance and egg quality influence.
