某集約化豬場豬瘟、藍(lán)耳病抗體水平監(jiān)測及免疫程序分析和完善

【摘要】:豬瘟(Classical swine fever,CSF)、豬繁殖與呼吸障礙綜合征(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是全世界養(yǎng)豬業(yè)危害較大的兩大疫病。本研究選取大型豬場內(nèi)豬群作為研究對象,進(jìn)行豬場定期CSF和PRRS血清抗體水平監(jiān)測,并通過不同的免疫途徑,檢測抗體效價結(jié)果,確定更合適的免疫程序,以期為疫病的防控和流行病學(xué)調(diào)查提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。本研究于2013年-2014年對某大型豬場血清用CSF和PRRS相應(yīng)的抗體或抗原檢測試劑盒檢測分析了兩個不同免疫程序下的豬群免疫抗體水平和感染情況。2014年3月前CSF按6周齡首免,8周齡二免,28周齡三免。此階段,我們每個月隨即采取4周齡仔豬、8周齡和11周齡仔豬血液各30份進(jìn)行CSF抗原抗體檢測,共檢測了5次,結(jié)果4周齡仔豬豬瘟母源抗體平均陽性率和抗原平均陽性率分別為36.00%和6.67%,8周齡和11周齡仔豬豬瘟抗體平均陽性率和豬瘟抗原平均陽性率分別為47.03%、60.67%和1.33%、0%;2014年3月后調(diào)整免疫將首免提前至4周齡,7周齡二免,28周齡三免。此階段,我們每個月隨即采取免疫前4周齡仔豬、6周齡和10周齡仔豬血液各30份進(jìn)行CSF抗原抗體檢測,共檢測了5次,結(jié)果4周齡仔豬豬瘟母源抗體平均陽性率和抗原平均陽性率分別為36.66%和0.67%,6周齡和10周齡仔豬豬瘟抗體平均陽性率和豬瘟抗原平均陽性率分別為62.00%、70.67%和0%、0%。統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析表明,兩種免疫效果組間差異顯著,其中,4周齡的血清檢測兩種免疫程序差異不顯著(P0.05),而其他兩個階段的檢測結(jié)果,4周齡首免要優(yōu)于6周齡首免(P0.05),說明豬瘟疫苗首免選擇在仔豬28日齡左右效果好。同時PRRS采用兩種免疫程序進(jìn)行免疫效果試驗,4周齡首免PRRS疫苗的仔豬,15周齡和33周齡PRRS抗體平均陽性率分別為85.33%和91.33%;1周齡首免PRRS疫苗的仔豬,15周齡和33周齡時PRRS抗體平均陽性率分別為94.67%和98.00%。兩者差異不顯著(P0.05),該豬場PRRS疫苗免疫效果比較理想。
[Abstract]:Classical swine fever (Classical swine fever, CSF), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, PRRS) is the world's two major diseases in pig industry harm is greater.
