【摘要】：為考察三丁酸甘油酯對肉雞生長性能、屠宰性能和脂質(zhì)代謝的影響,以及三丁酸甘油酯在肉雞消化道內(nèi)的消化狀態(tài)。試驗(yàn)選用了1日齡cobb肉雞300只,按照公母各半,體重相近及隨機(jī)的原則,分為5個(gè)處理組,分別為對照組、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅰ組、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅱ組、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅲ組、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅳ組,每個(gè)處理組6個(gè)重復(fù)(欄),每欄10只雞。分兩個(gè)階段飼養(yǎng):第一階段(1-21天),對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,四個(gè)三丁酸甘油酯組均飼喂在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.5%的三丁酸甘油酯的日糧;第二階段(22-42天),三丁酸甘油酯Ⅰ組、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅱ組、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅲ組、三丁酸甘油酯Ⅳ組分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.5%、1%、2%、3%的三丁酸甘油酯的日糧。各處理組日糧營養(yǎng)水平基本一致。飼養(yǎng)期42天。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,屠宰取樣,分析屠宰性能指標(biāo)和脂質(zhì)代謝指標(biāo),同時(shí)從每個(gè)處理組選出體況相近的公雞15只,進(jìn)行代謝試驗(yàn),分析三丁酸甘油酯在肉雞消化道內(nèi)的狀態(tài)。1.三丁酸甘油酯對肉雞生長性能的影響。(1)與對照組相比,在肉雞日糧中添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯,可以顯著提高1-21天的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P0.05)。(2)與對照組相比,在肉雞日糧中添加不同水平的三丁酸甘油酯對22-42天的肉雞的生長性能沒有顯著影響(P0.05)。2.三丁酸甘油酯對肉雞屠宰性能和脂質(zhì)代謝的影響。(1)與對照組相比,在肉雞日糧中添加0.5%、1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯,顯著降低了公雞的腹脂率(P0.05),1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯組對公雞的半凈膛率、全凈膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率均有顯著提高(P0.05),3%三丁酸甘油酯組提高了公雞的胸肌率(P0.05);其中2%三丁酸甘油酯組比0.5%和3%三丁酸甘油酯組顯著提高了半凈膛率3.5%和4.3%(P0.05);添加1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯組比添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯組提高了5.3%和5.1%(P0.05),比添加3%三丁酸甘油酯組提高了8.1%和7.8%(P0.05);添加1%、2%和3%三丁酸甘油酯組比0.5%三丁酸甘油酯組分別提高了胸肌率13.1%、21%和10.5%(P0.05);添加2%三丁酸甘油酯組比添加3%三丁酸甘油酯組顯著降低腹脂率25.1%(P0.05);添加2%和3%的三丁酸甘油酯組比添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯組公雞血清中HLD-C水平分別提高了20%和2.7%(P0.05);添加2%和3%的三丁酸甘油酯組比添加1%三丁酸甘油酯組公雞血清中HLD-C水平分別提高了17.2%和19.9%(P0.05)。而添加三丁酸甘油酯對母雞屠宰性能的影響不顯著(P0.05)。(2)與對照組比較,1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯組公雞和母雞的血清高密度脂膽固醇水平有顯著提高(P0.05);2%三丁酸甘油酯組提高了公雞血清甘油三酯的水平(P0.05)。3.三丁酸甘油酯在肉雞消化道內(nèi)的消化狀態(tài)的測定。(1)在肝門靜脈血中未檢測出丁酸和三丁酸甘油酯;(2)在小腸中未檢測出丁酸;(3)胃食糜中丁酸含量在前8小時(shí)隨著三丁酸甘油酯的添加量提高而增加,并且3%三丁酸甘油酯組胃食糜中丁酸的含量高于0.5%、1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯組(P0.05)。檢測到0.5%、1%、2%、3%三丁酸甘油酯組胃食糜中10小時(shí)的丁酸總和換算成三丁酸甘油酯,則分別占食入三丁酸甘油酯的0.96%、1.2%、0.83%、0.72%;(4)在盲腸中,前4小時(shí)內(nèi)2%的三丁酸甘油酯組與0.5%和1%的三丁酸甘油酯組有顯著差異(P0.05),之后6小時(shí)與0.5%、1%、3%的三丁酸甘油酯組有顯著差異(P0.05)。檢測到三丁酸甘油酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ組盲腸食糜中10小時(shí)的丁酸總和換算成三丁酸甘油酯占食入三丁酸甘油酯的9.26%、8.95%、8.92%、5.95%�？偟膩碚f,在飼料中添加0.5%三丁酸甘油酯可以提高1-21天肉雞的生長性能。在飼料中添加1%和2%三丁酸甘油酯可以提高肉公雞的屠宰性能,及改善血脂指標(biāo)。約有1%的三丁酸甘油酯在胃部被分解,不超過食入三丁酸甘油酯的10%在盲腸中被分解,因此三丁酸甘油酯大部分被腸道分解利用。
[Abstract]:Study of three glyceryl butyrate on growth performance of broilers, affect the slaughter performance and lipid metabolism, and digestive state three tributyrin in in the digestive tract of broilers.
