蛋氨酸對28~70日齡吉林白鵝生產(chǎn)性能及抗氧化能力的影響

【摘要】:本試驗采用單因子設(shè)計,研究蛋氨酸對28~70日齡吉林白鵝生產(chǎn)性能及抗氧化能力的影響。試驗選用28日齡健康的吉林白鵝120只,隨機(jī)分為4個組,每組3個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10只鵝。試驗期42d。試驗日糧設(shè)4個蛋氨酸水平,基礎(chǔ)日糧蛋氨酸水平為0.23%,分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中以0.20%為梯度添加DL-蛋氨酸,4組日糧中總蛋氨酸含量分別為0.23%、0.43%、0.63%、0.83%。測定吉林白鵝生長性能及營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)代謝率,血清生化指標(biāo),血清、肝臟、腸道抗氧化能力。結(jié)果表明:蛋氨酸對28~70日齡吉林白鵝平均日增重和飼糧增重比影響顯著(P0.05),平均日采食量無顯著影響(P0.05)。平均日增重隨著蛋氨酸水平增加出現(xiàn)先升高后降低的趨勢,飼糧增重比隨著蛋氨酸水平增加呈現(xiàn)先降低后升高的趨勢,0.63%蛋氨酸水平組平均日增重最大,飼糧增重比最低。蛋氨酸可以提高吉林白鵝營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)代謝率,蛋氨酸對10周齡吉林白鵝干物質(zhì)代謝率無顯著性影響(P0.05),對粗蛋白,粗脂肪代謝率有顯著性影響(P0.05)。0.63%組蛋氨酸水平組干物質(zhì),粗蛋白,粗脂肪代謝率最大。蛋氨酸對49和70日齡吉林白鵝血清球蛋白,尿酸含量有顯著性影響(P0.05),血清總蛋白和球蛋白含量隨蛋氨酸水平增加出現(xiàn)先升高后降低趨勢,0.63%蛋氨酸水平組達(dá)到最大。血清尿酸和甘油三脂隨蛋氨酸水平增加出現(xiàn)先降低后升高趨勢,0.63%蛋氨酸水平組最低。蛋氨酸對49日齡鵝血清GSH-Px、SOD活力、MDA、GSH含量有顯著性影響(P0.05)。其中0.83%蛋氨酸水平組血清中GSH含量最高,MDA含量最低。70日齡時,0.83%蛋氨酸水平組血清GSH-Px和GSH含量顯著性高于0.23%蛋氨酸水平組(P0.05),血清中MDA含量隨蛋氨酸水平增加而降低。蛋氨酸可以顯著提高49日齡時鵝空腸中T-AOC和CAT活力(P0.05),并顯著性降低MDA含量(P0.05)。蛋氨酸對70日齡吉林白鵝空腸T-AOC和MDA含量有顯著性影響(P0.05)。日糧蛋氨酸水平為0.83%時,空腸T-AOC最大,CAT活力最強(qiáng),MDA含量最低。肝臟中T-AOC和GSH-Px活力隨蛋氨酸水平增加而顯著性增加(P0.05),MDA含量顯著性降低(P0.05)。肝臟中SOD和CAT活力隨蛋氨酸水平增加出現(xiàn)先升高后降低趨勢,0.63%蛋氨酸水平組最高,但0.83%蛋氨酸水平組與0.63%蛋氨酸水平組差異不大。綜上,日糧中添加蛋氨酸可提高吉林白鵝生產(chǎn)性能和增強(qiáng)吉林白鵝抗氧化能力。日糧蛋氨酸含量分別為0.63%和0.83%時,28~70日齡吉林白鵝生產(chǎn)性能和抗氧化能力分別最好。
[Abstract]:The effects of methionine on the production performance and antioxidant capacity of Jilin White Goose at 28 ~ 70 days old were studied by a single factor design. 120 healthy Jilin white geese of 28 days old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 repeats in each group. There were 10 geese per repeat. The trial period was 42 days. The diet was set at 4 methionine levels. The methionine level of basal diet was 0.23, and the total methionine content in the diet of 4 groups were 0.23 and 0.43 respectively. The growth performance and nutrient metabolism rate, serum biochemical index, serum and liver of Jilin White Goose were measured. The results showed that the effects of methionine on the average daily gain (ADG) and dietary gain ratio of Jilin White Goose at 2870 days were significant (P0.05N), while the average daily intake had no significant effect on P0.05G. The average daily gain (ADG) increased first with the increase of methionine level. The trend of decreasing after high, With the increase of methionine level, the dietary gain ratio decreased first and then increased. The average daily gain of the group with 0.63% methionine level was the largest, and the dietary gain ratio was the lowest. Methionine could improve the nutrient metabolism rate of Jilin White Goose. There was no significant effect of methionine on dry matter metabolism rate of Jilin White Goose at 10 weeks of age, but there was significant effect on crude protein, crude fat metabolism rate and dry matter and crude protein in Met level group. The crude fat metabolism rate was the highest. Methionine was used to treat the serum globulin of Jilin White Goose at the age of 49 and 70 days. The content of uric acid had a significant effect on P0.05, and the contents of serum total protein and globulin increased first with the increase of methionine level, and then decreased to the maximum in the group of 0.63% methionine level, while serum uric acid and triglyceride increased with the increase of methionine level. The activity of SOD in serum of 49-day-old geese and the content of MDA-GSH were significantly affected by methionine. The serum GSH content of the 0.83% methionine group was the highest and the lowest at the age of 70 days. At the age of 70 days, the content of MDA-MDA-GSH in the serum of the 0.83% methionine group was the highest and the lowest. The content of MDA-0.83% was the lowest in the group of 0.83% methionine at the age of 70 days. The levels of serum GSH-Px and GSH in the amino acid group were significantly higher than those in the 0.23% methionine group, and the content of MDA in serum decreased with the increase of methionine level. Methionine could significantly increase the activities of T-AOC and CAT in jejunum of 49-day-old goose (P 0.05). The effect of methionine on the contents of T-AOC and MDA in jejunum of Jilin White Goose at 70 days of age was significant (P 0.05). When the dietary methionine level was 0.83%, the effect of methionine on the content of T-AOC and MDA in jejunum of Jilin White Goose was significant. The activities of T-AOC and GSH-Px in liver increased significantly with the increase of methionine level. The activity of SOD and CAT in liver increased first and then decreased with the increase of methionine level. The highest level of methionine was found in the low trend group with 0.63% methionine level. However, there was no significant difference between the 0.83% methionine level group and the 0.63% methionine level group. The content of methionine in diet was 0.63% and 0.83, respectively, and the production performance and antioxidant capacity of Jilin white goose at 2870 days of age were the best.
