仔豬液體發(fā)酵飼料工藝的研制

【摘要】:為了制備仔豬液體微生物發(fā)酵飼料,利用枯草芽孢桿菌和乳酸菌對仔豬全價飼料進(jìn)行發(fā)酵。通過單因素和正交試驗(yàn),以發(fā)酵后飼料中還原糖含量作為發(fā)酵條件的優(yōu)化指標(biāo)。得出最佳發(fā)酵條件為:總接種量4%其中芽孢菌與乳酸菌各為2%,料水重量體積(W/V)比為13.5,發(fā)酵溫度32~37℃。在條件37℃下發(fā)酵3 d,飼料含水量80%,還原糖含量達(dá)到2.17%提高10倍,乳酸含量3.4%,檸檬酸含量0.331%,丙酸含量0.130%,乳酸菌活菌數(shù)達(dá)到1010CFU/g。選取24頭6.45 kg左右的健康仔豬,分2個處理組,每個組3個重復(fù),對照組飼喂全價粉料,試驗(yàn)組飼喂添加50%發(fā)酵液態(tài)飼料。結(jié)果表明,與對照組相比,試驗(yàn)組平均日增重提高11.68%(P0.05),平均日采食量提高1.96%(P0.05),料肉比降低8.55%(P0.05),腹瀉率下降54.88%。
