維生素A及蛋氨酸鋅對(duì)斷奶仔豬血液抗氧化指標(biāo)、免疫功能及腸道功能影響

【摘要】:為研究日糧中不同水平維生素A(VA)與蛋氨酸鋅(Zn Met)對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血液生化指標(biāo)和抗氧化指標(biāo)、免疫功能及腸道功能的影響,試驗(yàn)采用兩因素三水平析因設(shè)計(jì),選擇81頭28日齡斷奶、體重為(7.94±0.62)kg的健康杜長(zhǎng)大三元仔豬,按體重和性別隨機(jī)分為9個(gè)處理組,每個(gè)處理3個(gè)重復(fù),分別飼喂含不同劑量VA(0、3 000、6 000 IU/kg)和Zn Met(0、300、400 mg/kg)的日糧。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)在日糧中添加3 000 IU/kg VA、300 mg/kg Zn Met即可滿足35-56日齡斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能的需要。更高水平的VA與Zn Met能更好的促進(jìn)仔豬生長(zhǎng),但與上述水平的影響效果不顯著。經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間飼喂后,VA與Zn Met互作效應(yīng)出現(xiàn)顯著。(2)6 000 IU/kg VA對(duì)斷奶仔豬影響效果略優(yōu)于3 000 IU/kg VA,6 000 IU/kg在28日齡斷奶仔豬的VA正常使用量范圍內(nèi);400 mg/kg Zn Met抑制了試驗(yàn)后期仔豬IL-2的分泌和試驗(yàn)前期仔豬IL-4的分泌;VA與Zn Met互作效應(yīng)顯著。(3)從血液生化指標(biāo)來(lái)看,兩種水平VA均能顯著提高AKP活性,降低UN含量,對(duì)CHO、TG含量和GPT、GOT活性影響均不顯著;兩水平Zn Met均能顯著降低TG、UN含量,提高AKP活性,對(duì)CHO含量和GPT、GOT活性影響均不顯著;對(duì)UN指標(biāo)來(lái)說(shuō),VA同Zn Met互作效應(yīng)顯著。從血清抗氧化指標(biāo)考慮,低日齡所需VA和Zn Met的量分別為6 000 IU/kg和300 mg/kg;高日齡所需VA和Zn Met的量分別為6 000 IU/kg和400mg/kg;對(duì)MDA指標(biāo)來(lái)說(shuō),VA同Zn Met互作效應(yīng)極顯著。(4)VA與Zn Met均能顯著提高斷奶仔豬小腸絨毛高度、絨毛寬度并能顯著降低小腸隱窩深度。VA與Zn Met對(duì)提高斷奶仔豬小腸二糖酶活性都發(fā)揮了促進(jìn)作用,且VA所產(chǎn)生的作用更大,影響效果更顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of different levels of vitamin A (VA) and zinc methionine (Zn) on growth performance, blood biochemical index and antioxidant index, immune function and intestinal function of weaned piglets, two factors and three levels of factorial design were used in the experiment. A total of 81 28 day weaned healthy Ducang Sanyuan piglets, weighing 7.94 鹵0.62kg, were randomly divided into 9 treatment groups according to their body weight and sex, with 3 replicates in each treatment. The diets were fed with different doses of VA0 3 000 U / kg and Zn Meto 300 mg / kg respectively. The results showed that the addition of 3 000 IU/kg VA0 300 mg/kg Zn Met to the diets could meet the requirement of growth performance of weaned piglets at 35 to 56 days of age, and higher levels of VA and Zn Met energy could be obtained. Better promote the growth of piglets, But the effect with the above level was not significant. After feeding for a period of time, the effect of the interaction between VA and Zn Met was significant. The effect of IU/kg VA on weaning piglets was slightly better than that of 3 000 IU/kg VA6 000 IU/kg at 28 days old weaning piglets. In the range of dosage, 400 mg/kg Zn Met inhibited the secretion of IL-2 in piglets in the later stage of the experiment and the interaction effect of IL-4 secretion with Zn Met in the early stage of the experiment. Both levels of VA could significantly increase the activity of AKP, decrease the content of UN, and have no significant effect on the content of Cho, TG and got, but Zn Met at both levels could significantly decrease the content of AKP and increase the activity of AKP, but had no significant effect on the content of CHO and the activity of GPTG. The interaction effect between VA and Zn Met was significant for UN indexes. The amounts of VA and Zn Met were 6 000 IU/kg and 300 mg / kg for low age and 6 000 IU/kg and 400 mg / kg for Zn Met at high age, respectively. For MDA, the interaction effect between VA and Zn Met was very significant. Villi width and intestinal crypt depth decreased significantly. VA and Zn Met promoted the increase of small intestinal dismutase activity in weaned piglets, and VA produced more significant effects.
