【摘要】：為了研究犬子宮組織炎癥的損傷情況,探討激素對(duì)子宮炎癥的影響及作用機(jī)制,試驗(yàn)選取臨床患病犬及健康犬為動(dòng)物模型,采用病理學(xué)觀察、熒光定量分析、蛋白免疫印跡等方法檢測(cè)犬孕酮、雌激素分泌情況及子宮組織的相關(guān)炎癥指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明:孕酮會(huì)促進(jìn)NF-κB及MAPKs信號(hào)通路各分子磷酸化,促進(jìn)子宮組織炎癥損傷及促炎因子分泌;雌激素則抑制NF-κB及MAPKs信號(hào)通路各分子磷酸化,降低相關(guān)炎癥因子產(chǎn)生。說(shuō)明犬子宮炎癥發(fā)生過(guò)程中孕酮促進(jìn)疾病的發(fā)生,雌激素卻可以有效地保護(hù)子宮組織、降低炎癥損傷。
[Abstract]:In order to study the injury of uterine inflammation in dogs and to explore the effect and mechanism of hormones on uterine inflammation, the clinical and healthy dogs were selected as animal models, the pathological observation and fluorescence quantitative analysis were used. Western blot was used to detect progesterone, estrogen secretion and related inflammatory indexes of uterine tissue. The results showed that progesterone could promote phosphorylation of NF- 魏 B and MAPKs signaling pathway, promote inflammation injury and secretion of pro-inflammatory factor in uterine tissue. Estrogen inhibits the phosphorylation of NF- 魏 B and MAPKs signaling pathway molecules and reduces the production of related inflammatory factors, indicating that progesterone promotes the occurrence of diseases during the development of uterine inflammation in dogs, but estrogen can effectively protect uterine tissues and reduce inflammatory injury.
