不同類型飼糧中添加β-甘露聚糖酶對肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能、養(yǎng)分利用和血細(xì)胞指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:【目的】旨在研究不同類型飼糧中添加β-甘露聚糖酶對肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能、養(yǎng)分消化利用及血細(xì)胞指標(biāo)的影響.【方法】試驗采用3×2兩因素析因試驗設(shè)計,A因素為飼糧類型(玉米-雜粕型、玉米-小麥-雜粕型和小麥-雜粕型),B因素為β-甘露聚糖酶添加水平(0和500g/t).選用576只健康的1日齡科寶肉雞,隨機(jī)分為6組,每組設(shè)8個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)12只雞(公母各半).【結(jié)果】玉米-雜粕組試雞體增質(zhì)量顯著高于小麥-雜粕組,且料重比顯著降低,試驗前、后期分別降低3.86%和6.72%(P0.05).玉米-雜粕組試雞表觀代謝能、氮和干物質(zhì)的利用率均顯著高于其他兩組(P0.05).試驗前期加酶組試雞體增質(zhì)量較對照組顯著提高,料重比顯著下降(P0.05);玉米-雜粕飼糧加酶后平均紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白含量(MCH)表現(xiàn)出高于玉米-小麥-雜粕飼糧的趨勢(P=0.066).飼糧和β-甘露聚糖酶間交互作用顯著影響干物質(zhì)利用率和平均紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白濃度(MCHC)水平(P0.05).【結(jié)論】在本試驗條件下,玉米-雜粕型飼糧組肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能、干物質(zhì)利用率、氮利用率和表觀代謝能均優(yōu)于小麥-雜粕飼糧;添加β-甘露聚糖酶提高了肉仔雞前期生產(chǎn)性能,但未受飼料類型的影響.
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effects of 尾 -mannanase on the performance, nutrient digestibility and blood cell index of broilers. [methods] the experiment was designed by 3 脳 2 factorial analysis. A factors were dietary type (corn-mixed meal type, corn-wheat-mixed meal type and wheat-hybrid meal type). B factor was 尾 -mannanase supplementation level 0 and 500g / t. 576 healthy 1-day-old Kebao broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 replicates in each group. [results] the weight gain of maize mixed meal group was significantly higher than that of wheat mixed meal group, and the feed weight ratio was significantly lower than that of wheat mixed meal group. In the later stage, 3.86% and 6.72 were decreased, respectively, and the apparent metabolic energy was decreased in the corn-mixed meal group. The utilization ratio of nitrogen and dry matter was significantly higher than that of the other two groups. The average erythrocyte hemoglobin content (MCH) of corn-mixed meal diet was higher than that of corn-wheat-mixed meal diet (P0. 066). The interaction between diet and 尾 -mannanase significantly affected dry matter utilization and mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (MCHCC) level. [conclusion] under this experimental condition. The performance, dry matter utilization rate, nitrogen utilization rate and apparent metabolic energy of corn-hybrid diet group were better than that of wheat-hybrid meal diet. Addition of 尾 -mannanase improved the performance of broilers, but was not affected by feed type.
