【摘要】：正基層獸藥監(jiān)管工作與廣大養(yǎng)殖戶、獸藥經(jīng)銷戶緊密相連、息息相關(guān),點(diǎn)多面廣,監(jiān)管難度大、工作頭緒多,如何走出一條適合基層獸藥監(jiān)管工作的路子是很值得探討的問題。要做好基層獸藥監(jiān)管工作,主要是要理清思路,摸清底子,找準(zhǔn)著力點(diǎn),把握工作重點(diǎn),創(chuàng)新監(jiān)管機(jī)制,以監(jiān)督為中心,以切實(shí)保障人民群眾的身體健康,提高畜產(chǎn)品安全監(jiān)管水平,結(jié)合筆者10多年從事獸藥監(jiān)管工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與體會(huì),應(yīng)重點(diǎn)從以下幾個(gè)方面加大獸藥監(jiān)管力度。1加大法律、法規(guī)的宣傳力度為擴(kuò)大《獸藥管理?xiàng)l例》的影響,增強(qiáng)行政執(zhí)法人員依法行政意識(shí),提高群眾對獸藥質(zhì)量意識(shí)和維權(quán)意識(shí),一是要
