【摘要】：用凹凸棒黏土和硝酸銅溶液采用離子交換的方法制備成載銅凹凸棒黏土,將載銅凹凸棒黏土添加于飼料中研究其對雞白痢的預防和治療效果。預防試驗:將100只1日齡AA蛋雞隨機分成5組,空白組,感染組,預防1組,預防2組,氯霉素預防組�？瞻捉M不做任何處理,飼喂正常飼料;感染組于1~15日齡飼喂正常飼料,7日齡灌胃雞白痢沙門菌菌液;預防組1~15日齡飼喂不同含量的載銅凹凸棒黏土和氯霉素作為預防性給藥,7日齡灌胃雞白痢沙門菌菌液。治療試驗:將100只1日齡雞隨機分成5組,空白組,感染組,治療1組,治療2組,氯霉素治療組�？瞻捉M不做任何處理,飼喂正常飼料;感染組于7日齡灌胃雞白痢沙門菌菌液,飼喂正常飼料;治療組7日齡灌胃雞白痢沙門菌菌液,飼喂不同含量的載銅凹凸棒粘土和氯霉素作為治療性給藥。試驗過程中監(jiān)測記錄發(fā)病率、死亡率、保護率等,平板法測定盲腸和肝臟帶菌情況,稱重法測定生產(chǎn)性能,常規(guī)切片觀察空腸組織形態(tài)。預防試驗結果顯示:添加1%的載銅凹凸棒黏土組雞白痢的發(fā)病率(20%)、死亡率(10%)降低,肝臟和盲腸沙門菌的檢出率降低,雞的生產(chǎn)性能提高,腸道黏膜完整,且效果好于添加0.05%氯霉素組和添加0.5%凹凸棒黏土組。治療試驗結果顯示:添加1.5%的載銅凹凸棒黏土組雞白痢的治愈率(75%)增加,死亡率(10%)降低,肝臟和盲腸沙門菌的檢出率降低,雞的生產(chǎn)性能提高,效果好于添加0.1%氯霉素組和添加1%凹凸棒黏土組。結果表明:載銅凹凸棒黏土具有抗菌和腸道黏膜保護作用,能夠預防和治療雞白痢,降低雞白痢沙門菌對機體的損傷,提高雞的生產(chǎn)性能。
[Abstract]:Copper loaded attapulgite clay was prepared by ion exchange method using attapulgite and copper nitrate solution. The effect of copper loaded attapulgite on the prevention and treatment of white dysentery was studied. Prevention test: 100 1-day-old AA laying hens were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank group, infection group and prevention group 1. Prevention group 2, chloramphenicol prevention group. Blank group did not do any treatment, fed normal feed; The infected group was fed with Salmonella pullorum solution at the age of 1 and 15 days. The prophylaxis group was fed with copper loaded attapulgite clay and chloramphenicol as prophylactic infusion solution of Salmonella pullorum at 1 and 15 days of age. Treatment trial: 100 1-day-old chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups. Blank group, infection group, treatment group 1, treatment group 2, chloramphenicol treatment group. The infected group was fed with Salmonella pullorum solution at the age of 7 days. The treatment group was treated with salmonella pullorum solution at the age of 7 days and was fed with copper loaded attapulgite clay and chloramphenicol as therapeutic agents. The cecum and liver were detected by plate method, and the production performance was measured by weighing method. The results of prevention test showed that the incidence of dysentery in the group of adding 1% copper attapulgite was 20% and the mortality was 10% (P < 0.05). The detection rate of salmonella in liver and cecum was decreased, the performance of chicken was improved and the intestinal mucosa was intact. The therapeutic effect was better than that of 0.05% chloramphenicol group and 0.5% attapulgite group. The therapeutic results showed that the cure rate of dysentery was increased in the copper loaded attapulgite group (1.5%). The mortality rate decreased, the detection rate of Salmonella cecum and liver decreased, and the performance of chickens was improved. The effect was better than that of 0.1% chloramphenicol group and 1% attapulgite group. The results showed that copper loaded attapulgite clay had antibacterial and intestinal mucosal protective effects, and could prevent and treat chicken pullorum. Reduce the damage caused by Salmonella pullorum and improve the performance of chicken.
