【摘要】:毛皮動(dòng)物飼養(yǎng)行業(yè)在我國(guó)有著60余年的歷史,主要用其皮毛原料制作裘皮服飾,而胴體卻成了副產(chǎn)品。人們對(duì)毛皮動(dòng)物胴體認(rèn)識(shí)不明,至今還未能被開發(fā)利用,每年取皮季節(jié)大量胴體的隨意丟棄,既是對(duì)動(dòng)物肉質(zhì)資源的巨大浪費(fèi),又是對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的極大破壞。然而,我國(guó)是一個(gè)動(dòng)物性蛋白飼料極缺的國(guó)家,每年都要耗費(fèi)巨資進(jìn)口近十萬噸肉骨粉和百萬噸魚粉。若將毛皮動(dòng)物胴體經(jīng)過一定加工手段,合理開發(fā)出來,不僅可以有效的緩解我國(guó)蛋白質(zhì)飼料短缺依靠進(jìn)口的局面,還可以降低養(yǎng)殖成本,創(chuàng)造更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。目前,我國(guó)還未出臺(tái)針對(duì)毛皮動(dòng)物胴體利用的相關(guān)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為此,本文主要對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外畜禽動(dòng)物副產(chǎn)品加工成肉骨粉工藝等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的查閱、與我國(guó)多家毛皮動(dòng)物飼養(yǎng)企業(yè)的走訪調(diào)研,并結(jié)合針對(duì)我國(guó)毛皮動(dòng)物胴體在處理過程中存在的問題,與我國(guó)飼料用肉骨粉在使用過程中存在的不足,參照GB/T20193-2006中對(duì)飼料用肉骨粉的相關(guān)規(guī)定,起草擬定了符合我國(guó)的毛皮動(dòng)物胴體加工成飼料用肉骨粉的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,可最大化的開發(fā)利用毛皮動(dòng)物胴體。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)體系主要包括肉骨粉加工廠建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、毛皮動(dòng)物處死標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、胴體收購(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及加工環(huán)節(jié)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、肉骨粉中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、飼料用肉骨粉的包裝、儲(chǔ)存與運(yùn)輸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等內(nèi)容。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定明確了我國(guó)毛皮動(dòng)物胴體的處理方向,為加工成飼料用肉骨粉提供了重要的指導(dǎo)依據(jù),希望能夠盡快被作為林業(yè)行業(yè)推薦性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)頒布實(shí)施,早日整頓和規(guī)范我國(guó)毛皮動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖過程中對(duì)動(dòng)物胴體的不規(guī)范處理,以減輕對(duì)環(huán)境污染破壞以及填補(bǔ)我國(guó)動(dòng)物性飼料原料的短缺,為促進(jìn)、完善我國(guó)毛皮動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖業(yè)健康發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Fur animal breeding industry in China has a history of more than 60 years, mainly using its fur raw materials to make fur clothing, but carcass has become a by-product. Up to now, it has not been exploited and utilized, and the random disposal of carcass in skinning season every year is not only a huge waste of animal meat resources, but also a great damage to the ecological environment. China is a country which is short of animal protein feed. Every year it spends a great deal of money to import nearly 100,000 tons of meat and bone meal and one million tons of fish meal. It not only can effectively alleviate the shortage of protein feed in China rely on imports, but also can reduce the cost of aquaculture, create greater economic benefits. China has not yet issued the relevant standards for the use of fur animal carcass. Therefore, this paper mainly refers to the domestic and foreign animal by-products processing meat and bone meal technology and other related literature. Visit and investigate with many fur animal feeding enterprises in our country, and combine with the problems existing in the treatment of the carcass of fur animal in our country, and the shortage of meat and bone meal for feed in our country in the process of use. Referring to the relevant provisions of GB/T20193-2006 on meat and bone meal for feed, a standard system for processing fur animal carcass into meat bone meal for feed was drawn up. The technical system of this standard mainly includes the construction standard of meat and bone meal processing plant, the standard of killing fur animals, the standard of carcass acquisition and the technical standard of processing link. The standard of each index in meat and bone meal, the packing, storage and transportation standard of meat and bone meal for feed, etc. The formulation of this standard has made clear the treatment direction of fur animal carcass in our country. It provides an important guidance basis for processing meat and bone meal for feed. It is hoped that it can be promulgated and implemented as a recommended standard for forestry industry in the whole country as soon as possible. To rectify and standardize the nonstandard treatment of animal carcass in the course of fur animal breeding in China at an early date in order to reduce the environmental pollution and fill the shortage of raw materials for animal feed in China. To improve the healthy development of fur animal breeding industry in China to provide scientific basis.
