飼糧中添加泛酸對(duì)生長(zhǎng)獺兔肝臟脂肪代謝的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧中添加泛酸對(duì)生長(zhǎng)獺兔肝臟脂肪代謝的影響。試驗(yàn)選用體重相似的斷奶獺兔160只,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組40個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1只。對(duì)照組獺兔飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)組獺兔分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加10、20和40 mg/kg泛酸的飼糧。預(yù)試期7 d,正試期56 d。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加40 mg/kg泛酸顯著降低了生長(zhǎng)獺兔肩胛、胃周和腎周脂肪沉積率(P0.05);飼糧中添加10~20 mg/kg泛酸顯著降低了生長(zhǎng)獺兔肝臟中脂滴的含量(P0.05)。飼糧中泛酸添加水平對(duì)生長(zhǎng)獺兔血漿中總膽固醇和白蛋白的含量無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05);隨著飼糧中泛酸添加水平的升高,生長(zhǎng)獺兔血漿中甘油三酯的含量先降低后趨于穩(wěn)定,20、40 mg/kg添加組顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加20~40 mg/kg泛酸顯著升高了生長(zhǎng)獺兔血漿中極低密度脂蛋白的含量(P0.05)。與對(duì)照組相比,飼糧中添加40 mg/kg泛酸顯著增加了肝臟中激素敏感脂酶(HSL)和骨骼肌中脂肪酸轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白(FATP)基因的表達(dá)量(P0.05);飼糧中添加20~40 mg/kg泛酸顯著增加了肝臟中肉毒堿棕櫚酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶1(CPT1)基因的表達(dá)量(P0.05);飼糧中添加10~40 mg/kg泛酸顯著增加了肝臟中脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)基因和骨骼肌中CPT1基因的表達(dá)量(P0.05)。綜上所述,飼糧中添加泛酸影響生長(zhǎng)獺兔肝臟內(nèi)脂肪代謝,泛酸添加水平為40 mg/kg時(shí)可降低肝臟內(nèi)脂肪的沉積,并能降低機(jī)體脂肪沉積率,增加骨骼肌對(duì)脂肪酸的攝取和利用。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the effect of pantothenic acid on fat metabolism in liver of growing Rex rabbits. 160 weaned rex rabbits of similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 40 repeats in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet and the experimental group was fed with 10 ~ 20 and 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid for 7 days. The results showed that 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid supplementation significantly decreased the fat deposition rate of scapula, perigastric and perirenal fat in growing Rex rabbits compared with the control group. Addition of 10 ~ 20 mg/kg pantothenic acid to diet significantly decreased lipid droplet content in liver of growing Rex rabbits (P0.05). The level of pantothenic acid in diet had no significant effect on the contents of total cholesterol and albumin in plasma of growing Rex rabbits. With the increase of pantothenic acid in diet, the content of triglyceride in plasma of growing Rex rabbits decreased first and then tended to stable at 20 ~ 40 mg/kg, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the content of very low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in plasma of growing Rex rabbits was significantly increased by adding 20 ~ 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid to the diet, compared with the control group. The addition of 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid in diet significantly increased the expression of HSLs in liver and FATP in skeletal muscle. The addition of 20 ~ 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid in diet significantly increased the expression of carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1 (CPT1) gene in liver. The addition of 10 ~ 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid in diet significantly increased the expression of fatty acid synthase (FAS) gene in liver and CPT1 gene in skeletal muscle. The addition of pantothenic acid in diet affected the fat metabolism in liver of growing Rex rabbits. When the level of pantothenic acid was 40 mg/kg, the fat deposition in liver was decreased and the fat deposition rate was decreased. Increase the uptake and utilization of fatty acids in skeletal muscle.
